Very disappointed. Ordered fenders almost two months ago with a 7 day delay at time of order. Waited over almost two months for them to decline my card and cancel my order(had gotten card numbers changed since the order was placed) now starting the entire order process over! Good thing I didn’t tell somebody I had a timeline of when their project would be done! Wait I did. So they let me down and ruined my word. Thanks northern!

Horrible shipping process. Placed online order on 7/1 ship to store it’s 7/22 still getting the same answer- that items are on the way left warehouse in NC. Way past ship to store shipping time frame.
Better off using other retailers when ordering high value tool items.

General contractor here. I drove 1 hr to this location to get some scaffolding braces. Internet says the store has 24 available and computer said 25 on hand. That's the correct way online vs on hand works. The lady on walkie talkie said they didn't have any. The guy up front would not go double check. Wasted my time. Might want to call or pre-order online, if the store is out of your way.

9/4/21 - bought a small util. carry-on trailer and had excellent customer service at time of sale with several of the employees, who were all helpful. Keith, who helped hitch the trailer to my vehicle did an especially good job making sure that I felt comfortable with the trailer connection and satisfied with everything before leaving.
