A/C PROS

Dustin was able to replace my PTAC in one day at a price I was comfortable paying. Very prompt, respectful, hard-working and knowledgeable. I was impressed enough to change my yearly maintenance service contract to A/C Pros.

They are really good about coming out after hours I called a few places that where 24hrs and no one would come out till the next day Dustin had a tec come out and look at our ac and helped us out with warranty because our compressor went out and that was late Thursday night and he had us going Monday afternoon. Very nice people and very professional.

A/C Pros provided a truly wonderful, professional, and exemplary service of genuine thoughtfulness and rapid responsiveness. Yesterday, I had performed a Factory Reset of my Thermostat yesterday but didn’t know the correct answers for the codes that were then presented after the Reset. I woke up this morning and the house was cold, I turned the heat on and the house became colder. I called the A/C Pros at lunch and the owner immediately picked up the phone and generously offered to talk me through the settings for free over the phone when I got home tonight! He then sent me a text later to again confirm that he was glad to help when I got home. As promised, he immediately picked up the phone when I got home after 6 pm, he pulled out the Manual specific to my Thermostat, and talked me through about 2 dozen codes and my system is now working perfectly!
I will never forget that generosity as he refused to accept payment and merely said, “Glad to help”. This business is a wonderful of all the great, honorable, and selfless generosity that makes America the best country in the World! A/C Pros will always have my deepest respect and gratitude

OMG..Dustin was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I called him last night because my AC went out. He was here this morning by 7:30am and finished by 8:00am. He will be my PERMANENT AC guy!!! Thanks Dustin!!

Amazing customer service. My home warranty wasn’t going to get here for THREE DAYS. Dustin came out forty minutes after I called on a SATURDAY NIGHT, patched the problem so I’d have cool air and will be back Monday to fix the entire problem. ABSOLUTLEY wonderful!!!
