A/C PROS

My 18 year old central unit basically bit the dust. Dustin was able to install my new unit within 48 hours. He and his assistant were very efficient, polite, and left no debris when they finished the job. I recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

This guy is the real deal! I have had Hanson heating and air do our 6 month maintenance for a couple years. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE HANSON! our drain was plugged tonight at 10:00pm. A/C Pro was here within minutes. He cleared our drain…The stuff that came out had been there a very long time! A/C Pro also looked the wiring over and found the shut off valve was wired wrong! It wouldn’t have ever shut off and could have caused serious damage! Call this company! These are the guys to have on speed dial!

I called AC Pros for a second opinion. Dustin came out Saturday afternoon within an hour of my call. He confirmed the diagnosis, answered all my questions, and gave me multiple options for repair or replacement.
Then he came back at 7pm Saturday night and installed my new outside unit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

When we arrived home late afternoon on a hot June Friday to find that our air conditioner had quit working, we called A/C Pros. Dustin came out that day and got the air conditioner running. He ordered a new unit for us and installed it the following week. A/C Pros took great care of us.

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and arrived very quickly, even though it was supper time. He noticed our house is only 2 years old, and said the part would be covered by warranty (I didn't think it would be, because it was installed by another company, but evidently, that doesn't matter....yea for us). They have our forever business and we will be recommending them to others.

Dustin was professional, honest, and prompt. I had a question and he took the time to explain it in terms I could understand what the heck was going on with our AC. We ended up having to replace and he took the time to research what the best option was for our home. After telling a friend that we had to replace the whole unit he asked who we used. Told him AC Pros and he excitedly told me that is who they use and how impressed they have been with Dustin and his honesty and professionalism.

Dustin did a very good job installing our 3 AC units. He was very respectful, honest and up front about what needed to be done. I would highly recommend using AC Pros if your in need of any kind of AC work.

Dustin was a huge help in getting me a new AC unit after trying to fix my original one. Would recommend him and his company to anyone needing service.

Awesome company, my A/Cc wasn’t working properly and it was 90+ outside. A/C Pros came within 15 minutes of my phone call and fixed my A/C. Extremely fair, good prices!
