Dustin is an awesome dude. Much more interested in making folks comfortable than how much profit he can make. Volunteered to top our refrigerant off at no charge until we could figure out our new system purchase. He’s a total class act!

I called several places to get quotes for a multi-unit mini-split. Most were too busy, didn't return calls, or were insanely high on prices. Not with these people. Dustin made a deal work. He is all about the customer. Not only did he complete the job very fast and under budget, but he also did it while educating myself and his apprentice at that same time! Talk about a breath of fresh air. Some people only care about the bottom dollar and forget to take care of each other. Not him! If you truly want someone that is going to take care of you, stand by his product and workmanship and keep his word, look no further!

Dustin scheduled us quickly. He answered all of our questions and was extremely professional. He had the necessary parts with him during the maintenance call to make needed repairs and did a great job! Highly recommend!

A/C Pros came thru!!! I was trying to open a new building. A/C Pros were able to locate AC units for me. They are professional, timely, and easy to get ahold of.

Let me start off by saying I have an older unit and I already knew it was on it's last leg. When I messaged A/c pros, Dustin was quick to come out. I never even looked at anything because I just knew it was done for and I would just need a new unit. Dustin took 5 min and found the issue and fixed it. I felt bad for calling them out for such I miner issue, that I could have fixed. He explained that although I need a new AC this one is still working for now. He did not try to push anything on me. He recommended I get a new unit and explain my options. He let me think on it and although I decided to keep what I have for now. We both know the unit will not last long and I will be calling them back. Honestly he was so great I almost wish I had the money to fork out just to let them replace it. I will be calling them back to do all of my ac work and repairs. If you want honest and down to earth give them a call!!!!
