I'm so glad I called A/C Pros and got an honest HVAC inspection! After having a different company tell me I needed a new unit asap and giving me an inflated estimate, Dustin with A/C Pros came by and gave me an honest assessment. He confirmed that I didn't actually need a new unit yet and gave me a much more reasonable estimate for when it is time for a new one. You can bet that when my unit does finally go out, I will be calling A/C Pros! Honesty and fair pricing go a long way in my book, so I will recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work.

I called A/C Pros as a second opinion because another unnamed and rather large company here in Fairhope were basically trying to rob us. I shared their findings with Dustin and Ryan and they agreed with only one thing the other company found. They could not have been more honest and professional and thus, have created a customer for life. Without a question i would recommend these guys to my own family, don't look anywhere else.

I couldn’t get the AC company we used before to come to our house for just an annual service. A friend recommended Dustin so I gave him a call. Dustin and one of his guys came by the next day and on time. I liked them and signed up for semi-annual service. Dustin called me to schedule our 2nd service call. It was refreshing that I did not have to call them.

We woke up this morning to discover our heat wasn’t working and, of course, it is supposed to be freezing cold in just a few days. I called Justin about 7:45AM and he was here a little after 9:00. Turned out to be an electrical problem so Justin called an electrician he works with and that fellow came by this afternoon and fixed the problem. So problem solved same day as discovered. It’s refreshing to work with folks who care about providing quality service.

Great Service! Our AC went out after 6pm. They came out in the evening and had it up and running in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

Dustin with A/C Pros did an outstanding job installing a ductless system in our home. I would highly recommend anyone needing any kind of air conditioning work done to use him and his team. Very professional and was able to answer any questions I had for him. The price was great too. A/C pros were over $1000 CHEAPER than anyone else we received a quote from! Great work Dustin!

AC Pros worked on my AC/heating system. Some parts of the house were cool and others just weren’t getting any air. They got up in the attic and adjusted the ducts to balance air flow and moved the thermostat to a different part of the house to help with where the temp was being controlled from. The two rooms that would not cool down are now cooler and I don’t have to listen to teen and pre-teens complain how hot they are anymore 😜 Dustin and his group were super friendly, professional and very timely. I appreciated their help and would recommend them and definitely use them again!

Dustin came promptly at 8:00 on a Saturday morning after short notice late Friday night. I had my grandson for the weekend and my apartment was 80°, he fixed the problem in 20 minutes. He was very professional and very neat. Even a courtesy call after a few hours making sure it was still cooling. Dustin is very kind-hearted and very professional.
