We’ve used Brothers HVAC a few times now. Always on time, fair prices, good quality service. One thing I really appreciate is the honesty! They aren’t trying to make a quick buck by getting the work done and getting the heck outta there. Now that they are also UHP approved, I’ll always be requesting them for UHP covered repairs and my yearly maintenance! Shout out to Jeremy, whose helped use with two very strange things in our new house!

Just an awesome experience with Jeremy and team. We got quotes from about 6 places but decided to go with Trane and Brothers in the end. Jeremy was super responsive and responded to some questions via text even on the weekend to help us make a decision. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will be using them for everything going forward!

The workers were kind and courteous from the moment they arrived to the time they left. Our install wasn't easy as we have a crawl space but that didn't slow the workers down. I am very pleased with all of the hard work and our new unit. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Our furnace went out and Jeremy was prompt at getting here to see what was wrong. He let us know our options. The furnace is over 20 years old and he wasn’t pushy about replacing it, but that was the best option for us. He and his guys were able to get it in that afternoon, which was really appreciated since it was forecasted to get cold! They were great at communicating everything to us, professional and had the furnace going in about three hours. Could not be happier with outcome and the service we received!

My A/C was not cooling. I called to request service mid afternoon and they scheduled it for 9 am the next morning. The serviceman arrived on time and resolved the issue quickly. He was very professional and followed recommended Covid-19 mask and distance criteria. Repair cost was reasonable and lower than the estimate. I am very pleased!

We've relied on Brothers HVAC to install and service our on-demand water heater. They aren't common in Wisconsin and can be finicky so I really appreciate their patience and willingness to experiment and help us make the most of the heating and hot water system.
