Brothers was recommend to me by my co-workers because we just move last fall into a house with a 2019 new furnace and AC. The AC ran last fall, but when we went to turn it on May 10, 2022 it would not run. The digital thermostat was showing cooling but nothing.
I called and knowing that all the HVAC companies were working OT to help people I asked to get on the list. Jeremy was able to make it out the same day and was so knowledgable and took time to make sure we understood all of our options. It ended up being the digital thermostat and he was able to get us up and running knowing we would be in need of a more sophisticated thermostat in the near future.
We are so thankful and will be using Brothers to install the better thermostat when it is in stock.

Jeremy came out Monday morning to give us a quote on furnace and a/c replacement. He spent an hour discussing options for our home, going into great detail to ensure that we understood our options. He was the only contractor who did this.

With the heat wave our area has been going through, scheduling was pretty tight but they found a way to get us on the books for Friday morning. The guys arrived an hour ahead of schedule and were very friendly.

When the work was completed, they took the time to walk me through everything that was done both inside and outside of the house. Everything was cleaned up immaculately and we couldn't be happier with the service. We definitely will recommend Brothers to all of our friends and family. We've had HVAC service from three different people from this company. All three were clearly knowledgeable and thoughtful. All three were willing to take the time to answer our questions thoroughly. We've been in Madison for 31 years and this is the best HVAC service we've found.

We had Brothers install a furnace in two houses now. They were great to work with each time and helped us decide the best option for our needs without pressure or up-selling. Brothers provided us responsive, knowledgeable service, and an installation with attention to the small details. Glad find out they have a wide service area after we moved further from Oregon.

We contacted Brothers HVAC for a quote to replace our A/C unit. Jeremy came out and was so informative. He answered all of our questions and was so friendly. We were able to schedule an install in less than a week.
Matt and Nate came out to do the install. They were professional and friendly and kept everything so clean. They were the best on price and the only company we contacted that explained things in detail with absolutely no pressure to buy. Would recommend them to anyone looking for any new equipment or even a tune-up.

Awesome service, awesome people. Matt is a super good dude; honest and knows his craft. My AC went out this summer, a day before my child was born. It was hot temps that week and Matt was able to come out and fix it before we arrived home; that says it all right there.

I had great service from Brothers HVAC. They were responsive to my call. Great communication from the person answering the phone to the two men that did the job. They estimated it would take 2 hours and it did. They came out prepared and looking professional. They were much cheaper than the Madison-based company I called. They were willing and able to clearly explain to me what was being done and why it needed to be done.

Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable and super nice. Amy in the office is awesome also. Always responsive and professional. Installed air purifier and also got our air conditioning working the best it ever has. Jeremy really listens and is great problem solver. We will always call Brothers HVAC in future.

Everyone was professional, efficient, responsive to questions, and did a meticulous job setting up our new furnace and A/C units. We would highly recommend them!

We used them for a natural gas conversion for our furnace. They were right on time very friendly and even repaired a couple things that were done incorrectly by the previous contractor who installed our furnace. Price was fair and service was great.
