When my furnace started to act up during the severe cold weather I tried to contact the installer but he had retired/gone out of business. A call to the factory got me a list of three qualified heating contractors, including Kinnard's. I called them and got prompt, efficient and reasonably priced service. Put me down for 5 stars!

We purchased a new furnace and A/C from Kinnard almost two years ago and they have worked well. When we have needed something fixed or general maintenance Kinnard has been responsive.

Dan and the Kinnard team take great care of our HVAC equipment and are honest and open about any repairs needed or upcoming, and also presenting value added options.

If i could rare minus i would. My tenant called them on feb 15 got charged $525.00 for a $150.00 gas valvue and $225.00 for a $50.00 igniter very disappointed total bill $907.00 i would never recomend them . my nephew is in the business and got me the prices
