Kinnard Heating & Cooling

Having bought a new condo in Door County, we wanted to have furnace checked & establish a relationship with a company who provides service in that area. Honestly picked Kinard out of the google search (in part because I personally knew they have sponsored a community band concert in Green Bay). So thought we'd give them a call. Very happy with their quick response, availability to come check furnace especially since its already early December. Service person Scott was very personable, adjusted our gas pressure, was able to tell us age of furnace, and we will not hesitate to call them in spring when its time to check the older A/C unit for our condo. Thanks for a good experience after hearing from other people about other companies that don't call back, etc.

Securing marine maintenance can be a frustrating, expensive minefield. That is why I was so satisfied with Kinnard's service in tracking down and resolving my boat A/C issues. Setup was easy, service was timely, and the cost was reasonable. Would use again and recommend without reservation.

Our furnace stopped working in the evening. I used the online schedule tool at Kinnard's website. I was contacted promptly the next morning by a very friendly person who empathized with me over my issue and let me know that a service tech would be there within an hour and half. Our service tech arrived within that time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He tried to fix the part to save me some money as opposed to just saying I needed a new part without trying. He looked up the part right away, called to ensure it was available, and provided me an accurate estimate right away. He rearranged his schedule so he could go get the part and install it right away. Price was very fair. People were very friendly and didn't try to "up-sell" me. I know who will get all my heating and cooling business from now on as well as my recommendation to friends/family.

From beginning to end, their customer service and repair technician were fantastic! Our scheduled appointment was delayed by the prior one, and they called several times to manage expectations. Super appreciated! Tech arrived, quickly identified, repaired and tested the A/C and also did a quick overall inspection and coolant check. Highly recommended.

During this hot stretch, we were very surprised at the responsiveness of any HVAC company when our central air went out. They were able to come the same day to diagnose the issue and made it back a day or two after to complete the job after they received the part.

The communication from both the office staff and the technician (I wasn't at home while they were there) was phenomenal, they were able to get it done quickly and correctly and were very friendly. He even went out of his way and ran to a store the first day to see if it was just a simple fix, since they didn't carry the fuse our unit uses. Unfortunately it wasn't, but that's not his fault...something else was broken that caused the fuse to go out. We will 100% be using Kinnard Heating and Cooling again!

Kinnard and their staff have been great when it comes to service and professionalism. We had an emergency this last winter with our furnace and Josh was here in a snap, found the problem, and got it fixed. Now we just had Dan check over our air cooling system and he was friendly and quick to answer all the questions we had.

Kinnard is a great company. Always quick to come to the house, always prompt, and the repairmen are always polite and friendly. This time, Trevor did repair work on my furnace and did a great job.

Great, great service!! Was able to get same day service for repair of our AC unit on a hot day. Josh came early, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the AC unit fixed in under 30mins. Will definitely be a repeat customer, and will recommend to others!

Kinnard did an excellent job on my furnace tune up. They also looked into my concerns with the aprilaire static filter and humidifier. They met and exceeded all my expectations. Very reasonable pricing.

We had one of our AC units stop working on a Sunday during a long holiday weekend that had over 90 degree temps! We contacted Kinnard’s and they showed up the next day. They were able to fix the problem and had it up and running in no time!
