Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Bruno was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was on time and fast. He accommodated our two cats running around like spazzes as well! We got all the vents cleaned, and we opted for an add-on service that seemed like a good idea, though it was pricey. Always hard to know when you're clueless about HVAC, but I'm assuming the upsell was legit. Regardless, happy to have this done for the next 3-4 years.

Our technician was on time, professional and I felt safe having him in our home to do the maintenance. The job was done fast, right and he even went out of his way. Our ducts are spotless, and our heater seems to be running more efficiently.

tech called and arrived 30 mins early. Very professional, showing me the results of the dryer vent cleaning (oh boy). He was quick and thorough !! Highly recommend!

Great service, very knowledgeable and speedy. Was really helpful and honest when it came to our questions about the ducts and the furnace. Such a necessary service for houses with central air. I’ll for sure, use them again for other services and again for the ducts in a few years.

Alex provided excellent customer service. He was very professional and courteous. Alex looked at the duct system and showed me pictures before starting the cleaning. The ducts did not need cleaning as they were quite clean. (We just did some remodeling work so I wanted to have the ducts cleaned.) He also showed me in the process that I was using the incorrect size furnace filter so that was very helpful also. I was only charged the $70 deposit which was worth it. Thank you Lowe’s!

I was impressed with professionalism and responsiveness of this company. They don't nickel and dime...one flat rate. Our technician, Julio was great! He showed me before and after shots of our vents.

The tech guy was on date and time and practiced Covid rules.

Firstly he inspected the Laundry room and then went outside the house to see the Dryer Vent.

He opened the Vent Pipe from the back of the Dryer and attached a Blower to it and went outside of house, where he worked with a Rotary Brush inside the pipe.

That's how he cleaned- up all the lints stuck inside.

He vacuumed all the lints which spilled inside the Laundry room, Taped the Vent pipe and cleaned and collected all the blownout Lints outside house.
Great guy.

Dave was great. He arrived promptly, did a great job and left our home in great condition. My family and I are greatly appreciative to Lowe’s and Dave for cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent and such a wonderful manner. We will definitely use them again and ask for Dave.
