Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

I would definitely recommend using Lowe's to get your air ducts cleaned. Bruno, the tech that was cleaning ours, was such a great guy, very professional and really friendly. He walked me through what he would be doing, explaining the process and even showed me what he was doing every once in a while. At one point he even helped me load a truck with all the leaf bags that I filled up while I was doing yard work. I didn't even ask, he just came out and helped. That was extremely nice of him.

Once he was done he showed us the inside of the vacuum and the vents afterward and explained to us what we were seeing. He explained the sanitization process to us and had a very friendly chat about comics while we waited for the heating system to run for a bit to make sure the sanitizer was getting pushed through the system.

Overall it was an excellent experience and top notch service. Thanks so much Lowe's and Bruno!!

The service scheduled to perform a duct cleaning on Thanksgiving day (Their suggestion, not mine). The technician did not show up after 2 1/2 hours and never initiated contact. I left messages on the phone and info email. Shortly thereafter the dispatch and technician both got in touch.

The technician did what appears to be a good job on the system. For the hassle they caused, the company reduced the price by about 50%. So overall I would say the service does a good job, and understands their responsibility to their clients

Thank you for Lowe’s air duct cleaning for great job cleaning the entire ducts in my house and dryer vent plus the bathroom exhaust duct that the birds were nesting every year inside the vent outside . Lowe’s were very professional and on time and I will call them back for future service.

Large house with two systems and dryer vent cleaning. Completed the task in under 4 hours. Everything was left spotless. Would highly recommend them !

They were professional and took pictures along the way to show that they actually cleaned the vents and shared the pics with me.
They were respectful of the interior walls as well.

At first I thought I was getting the best bang for my buck but after continuing to see dust floating around in home I feel completely different. However, if you are looking for a company to remove all contaminants please go with a company that doesn't use a portable air duct cleaning device. This device only cleans around 2000 CFM and will leave contaminants in you home once the unit is finished running.

I am no way trying to offend this company but if you're someone like me who wants clean air for themselves and family, please do your research. Good luck with your journey for cleaner indoor air.

Lowe's did a GREAT job at cleaning my ducts. Juan was very personable, thorough and cleaned up after the job. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Worker only cleaned the returns in home. Did not clean any of the individual heating ducks. When I asked workeragout the heating ducks , he said he did all the ducks. I watched the entire process, he never even addressed any of the heating ducks. Very disappointed with the service.
