Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Juan was timely and an absolute professional. Very pleasant and accommodating especially with my young child. Work was much appreciated clearing out over 7 years of dust :)

Alex Quintero was assigned to me to clean my dryer vent, which had been giving me issues recently. He was able to arrive early and immediately diagnose the issue, clean the entire vent, show us pictures of all the debris he cleaned out, and even put an extra cage over the vent cover to prevent critters and birds from getting inside the vents/ducts again. My vent was at the top of a two-story townhouse and he was incredibly professional in climbing a large ladder and reaching the vent spaces in order to ensure the entire duct system was cleaned from both the inside at the dryer entrance and the outside of the house. He did a wonderful job!

Not sure I would recommend them. I never saw before and after photos of what they removed from my air ducts. I had remodeled my kitchen and bath..The vents were removed during that process so I’m sure a lot of junk fell down into the ducts. Also they wanted cash if I wanted to get a $50 discount. I didn’t feel good about handing the cash to the cleaner so I videotaped him counting it out. I insisted in getting a paid in full receipt before he left my house.

Juan did an excellent and thorough job. I have an older home that had never had air duct cleaning so it was way overdue! He got all of the dust and my air is fresher!

Camilo was on time, responsible, attentive, clean and knew what he was doing. He finished on time and was very mindful of all the areas he worked on. He showed me before and after pics.
