Professional Services Heating, AC, and Electric Repair

Everyone we have dealt with at Professional Services has been responsive, courteous, polite and friendly. From the initial call into the business to inquire about services to the final end product everything has been great and I would highly recommend them. The quality of work is outstanding and the attention to detail was second to none. They treated our house as if it was their own. Big personal shout out to Jim K as well - fantastic work and a very easy fun loving guy to get along with. Thanks everyone at Professional Services!

First, I appreciate that an image of Adam was sent prior to his arrival for security so that we knew who our tech was. Second, I received email, text, and phone call confirmations to let me know we were good to go. Third, Adam was cordial, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I explained what went wrong, he diagnosed, explained the situation (heat out but furnace running) and showed me the estimates, then with our approval handled the repair. We discussed the need to replace our systems and options with cost estimates for this fall. Excellent service, excellent character, excellent professionalism. Definitely hope next call we can request Adam as it was a fabulous experience. Recommend 100%; 10/10.

We have used Professional Services for the past five years. Their name says it all--the are truly professional! Each and every person connected to Professional, from the delightful receptionist to the men who do the installation, service calls and questions in between are efficient, well-trained, respectful of our home and are more than happy to explain whatever they are doing or what needs to be done. So happy to have found them and we always recommend them to others.

Professional services is fantastic. My AC quit working. They had a service tech out to me in about an hour on a Saturday. Wow. Service tech found and repaired the issue. He advised on the overall system status. While they do charge a premium for emergency / weekend calls, I felt that it was 100% worth it.

I have used them several times over the past 5 years and they’re always great. The office is great about communicating and Adam is regularly my tech. He is always great about giving you options and quotes for what he’s doing and he is super knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company and will continue using them moving forward. They’re not the cheapest but they do great work!

Called Professional Services to have someone take a peek at our A/C unit because the fan wasn't spinning. Jeremy and Justin were at our house 30 minutes later. Both guys were great; they were very helpful and personable too. Would highly recommend.

We had a Co2 alarm early this morning. Professional Services came within a couple of hours of us calling to make sure our furnace was not an issue. Confirmed there were no problems, and performed routine maintenance. Great value and so responsive. They've earned our future business! 👏

We used Professional Services to add an outlet for level 2 EV charger in the garage plus several light fixtures needed to be fixed. Professional Services communicated with us via texts and phone calls before the crew showed up so we knew what to expect. The crew was very friendly and professional. The jobs are well done. Highly recommended!
