Hometown really helped me out in a pinch as my furnace was beginning to fail me on the start of a weekend. The owner took the time on a Saturday to answer all my questions through a rather lengthy email thread. He then set up a very fast consultation on short notice to give me the replacement I needed asap for monday. The advice given was very honest, informative, and professional as well as a great price compared to the competition. The installation service went very smoothly and efficiently as well, a trustworthy team. I'd highly recommend their professionalism from top to bottom to anyone who is looking for great service, quality, and cost!

I'm having recessed lighting put up throughout my house, and I can't say enough good things about them. When Jeff gathered information for the estimate, he asked good questions, listened to my needs, and used his experience to give helpful advice/insight that was much appreciated. Now they are doing the install; they are friendly, professional, and sweet to my dogs and kid. They're doing great work and I will recommend this place to everyone!

Furnace stopped working. Called 5 places referred by family, neighbors; couldn't come for a week or more. Found Hometown on Google, they came next day (Wed before Thanksgiving) to repair. Cracked heat exchanger on 25-year-old furnace, determined replacement was best way to go. Options explained to me; I truly appreciated the honesty & no up-sell or pressure to spend more for features I didn't feel necessary. Lucky temps were mild for late Nov. Even with holiday and weekend, they installed new furnace & thermostat within 5 days after initial meet. They text photo of technician coming & when they'll arrive. Efficient, professional, personable, respectful of property--guys wore booties over boots, protected floors. Everything included in price previously given and they returned initial service charge. Out of ☆☆☆☆☆, I'll give them 10☆

Hometown provided an annual AC tune up at my new house today. The Service Technician, Javier, went above and beyond when it came to professionalism and service. He ensured our system was working correctly, and updated me on the current life/status of our system. I feel very confident in the system after his visit.
