Furnace was on the fritz-we gave Hometown a call and they were competitively priced, pleasant, and local. Same day service. Received a conformation email of our appointment and then a heads up text before they arrived. Jake fixed our old beast in no time. Hometown will be at the top of our list when we replace our HVAC this spring.

The young man was very nice and polite but I didn't have any filters at the house and they normally put a new one in for me and he didn't. For what I pay for maintenance I should have gotten at least a free filter..

I had both Jake and Brian come! They were both very contentious about wearing masks and social distancing. I also appreciated the communication with the company about when they were arriving too! So many companies make you wait around all day, but they were very prompt and communicated when they were on their way! Would recommend their service again!
