I just had Home Town Heating and Air do some new wiring in my store, and I have to give them 5 stars on their work and craftsmanship. Electric is a new service for Home Town but honestly they knocked it our of the part service wise. GREAT JOB!

When our AC broke on a 90+ degree day, I was desperate for help as we have a one-year-old and the temp in her room was rising. I found HHA&E via their solid Google reviews and Scott was able to come to my house the same day to give me an estimate on a replacement unit. He heard how stressed (and sweaty) I was about needing the install to happen ASAP and somehow got us in the very next day. Two days later, I'm writing this review with a nice chill in the air.

Our first time dealing with this company was when we needed a new central air unit installed a couple of years ago. Everything from the sales experience (which seemed so much more honest than the other highly-rated companies that I had provide quotes), to the installation process was great. Honesty, professionalism, experience and quality will get you far in this business - the friendly attitude of everyone that we dealt with was just a bonus.

Last year, we called them to help restart our old and failing furnace - again, it was a good and educational experience.

So when we needed to replace my furnace this year, they were my one and only call. I had done some research and had an idea of what a fair price was, and we knew that they would provide that (and on a better quality system than most of their competitors offer). We had time to shop around and get more quotes, but why would we go through the pain of the sales process again, when we knew that I could get everything we wanted from a company we had learned that we can trust? Sure enough, it was another top-notch experience - culminating in the installation today.

We've been recommending them to my friends and neighbours since that first installation - in fact, one of our neighbours also had them do some work today, so perhaps that helped - and will happily continue to do so, starting with this review.

Called Hometown after our AC started blowing hot air. They were able to come out within 24 hours to take a look at it. Eric was AWESOME. He immediately knew the issue just by listening to the A/C unit and was able to quickly fix it. I was able within 24 hours to get my A/C quickly fixed all under 500$.

I was so impressed I signed up for their subscription service and look forward to Hometown taking care of my heating and air for years to come. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I first called Hometown on a Sunday morning when we discovered our 10 yo AC unit wasn't working. I didn't want to pay weekend prices so I had a tech come out on Monday to repair. We found out our compressor was shot and decided we should purchase a new unit rather than repair. PJ came out the following day and walked me through all my options and answered all my questions. Since our furnace was almost 30 yo too, we got that as well. They were able to squeeze us in that Friday to beat the heat of the weekend. I am very happy with my experience with Hometown! Everyone I dealt with was beyond courteous and informative. I also signed up for their maintenance program to keep my new equipment running at it's best. Thank you for the great experience Hometown!

Hometown gave my a competitive estimate and a quick install date. Oleg and Mike put in almost a 12 hour day to finish the job right. They took extra time to install my smart thermostat and ensure I understood all the work they did. I highly recommend them!

Very prompt and professional. We had issues with a AC unit and they were able to diagnose and correct in less than an hour. A few weeks later, one of our furnaces died. Our options were layed out and reviewed thoroughly. New furnace was installed a week later and very quick. Would recommend to anyone.

A couple of weeks ago our furnace quit working on a very cold Friday night. I called Hometown. They confirmed by email. . They had their on-call service person here in an hour. Erik was great. He had the furnace working shortly. He stuck around for awhile and made sure all was well. Very satisfied!

They were formerly known as TemperaturePro but had to change their name. Have used them for 3 years now. The people that answer the phone are so polite and courteous and they treat you like family. They do a great job of expediting emergencies (we needed them last winter when part of our heat wasn't working). If you get on their service plan you don't pay for off hours service calls, and you get discounts on services. They are super knowledgeable on unique items (we have in floor radiant heating - which is not standard) and if they send a newer technician, they usually send a more experienced tech with them. I have never felt like they didn't know what they were doing, or cutting corners.
The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is they are a bit more expensive than their competitors. If you have a larger house and have more than one heating and cooling unit then you have to purchase 2 servive plans. There is pretty much no discount on the second. It hurts to make that annual payment, but I do know when I need them they will be there.
