Ken, PJ, Pete and Carl (plus one more team member I did not meet personally) got our new furnace and air system up and running within 48 hours of signing the paperwork. Good thing—temps hit the high 80s the very next day. I sent a message on a Sunday when our 19-year-old system breathed its last, and sure enough they stopped by that same Sunday evening to take a look. Does that really happen? After installation, Carl stopped back twice within a couple hours to adjust a few things after I noticed an issue with the condensation drainage valve. Like any mechanical system, things take an adjustment here and there but everything was resolved quickly. That's what's important. Nice work by Temperature Pros. Not only did they help help demystify my old boiler system they had it humming along perfectly, - - quickly, and below the estimate. A service that transparently passes along savings from unforeseen efficiencies is the kind of integrity I look for. In the super cold they were able to come diagnose same day and fix it the very next day! Very helpful and courteous both in the phone and in person.
Edit: after the original work we had another company come and finish the job. They said that the work that temperature Pro did was a simple fix that should have been able to be done on site. It took them four or five days to come up with the part that most companies apparently keep truck stocked. Turns out we actually got pretty ripped off in labor.

I would highly recommend TemperturePro. We had to replace an AC unit due to a lightning strike in the middle of selling our home (yikes!) and within a week had the unit ordered and installed. Very happy with the result. Additionally, I needed to prove to our insurance company that the damage sustained was beyond repair so they would cover the cost of the new unit. Ken was great in providing all the information to the insurance company and they FINALLY agreed to pay the whole cost after jumping through many hoops. Highly recommend!

Fast response, very fair pricing and customer service rarely found these days. As a small business owner myself I was very impressed with the level of commitment and communication demonstrated by Ken the owner. Highly recommend the team at TemperaturePro! Our A/C went out on an unseasonably hot, humid Friday. The owner was incredibly responsive to our desperate plea for help and managed to fit us in before the weekend despite a jammed schedule. The experienced technician took the time to identify and fix the problem on the spot and provided us with easy tips to avoid another issue in the future. Just can't say enough about the friendly, fast and helpful service we received throughout our experience. Will definitely be using TemperaturePro again!

TemperaturePro did a fantastic job servicing our furnace and A/C. The communication to confirm and window of time to arrive was great. I did not have to take off work half a day and wait around.
