A power surge after a recent storm took out my refrigerator. I was referred to Bloch who ordered the needed panel part, quoted a cost and installed it when it came in. This was handled promptly and professionally. The fridge is working just fine now!
I am keeping me original 1 star review below but adding this amendment. Someone from Bloch called me to discuss the review and explain the actual reason behind why they can't order the part, not that the stove isn't made anymore but rather they only use certain distributors that they know they can trust and the PART is on backorder with no ETA when it could possibly be back in stock. I can completely understand that in today's supply chain reality. I just wish that would have been explained from the start. Bumping this to 3 stars purely based on today's phone call, and the professionalism that the lady showed. She took time to listen to my concerns and gave me their side. I still stand by the 1 star for the service I received from the repairman though. As long as I didn't get the same guy, I would consider using them in the future. See below for original review:
Our stove stopped working and had them come out to look at. The repair man smelled absolutely horrendous, he must live in a cigarette factory and our house smelled for the next day. He did absolutely nothing for the 45 minutes he was here, just looked at and pressed a couple buttons. I had to tell him what I found on the internet for the issue. He then left and said I would hear back. I had to call multiple times over the next few weeks with no response. He finally called me back and said that the oven was no longer made and the part wasn't available because of this. Our stove is 2 years old and you can still buy it brand new. After a simple Google search, I also found the part at multiple different places.
I can't say enough good things about Randy and his team at Bloch Heating. Our furnace went on the fritz over the weekend and he was available over the phone on a Saturday for troubleshooting. After discussing our options, we purchased a new furnace from them, which was installed quickly and professionally. I would call Bloch Heating again in a heartbeat.
Mr daughter's home required furnace replacement. Randy from Bloch provided very reasonable estimate for Bryant gas furnace. Old furnace ultimately failed on December 22nd (-10 temp + 40mph winds), and Randy was able to arrange furnace replacement on December 23rd - we very much appreciated their efforts and service.
Sarah was very unprofessional describing the service area exaggerating “where in Milwaukee”. I spoke area code 53222 and she mention Capital Drive I stated I live North of Capital Drive. Then Sarah referenced Hampton Ave. I didn’t understand or wasn’t able to follow her. She obviously had service areas limiting the Milwaukee area but it was not described well and she did not explain except they do not service areas South of Hampton which is vast. I don’t understand why she didn’t just request the address then state it’s outside of the service area. Instead were in Milwaukee was expressed. I feel she was unprofessional and did not explain the company service area well.
Incredible service from Bloch HVAC! We received two competitive bids to replace our ‘2’ twenty year old 80/20 single stage low efficiency furnaces. Bid source 1 (a large local company) told us we could not upgrade to high efficiency furnaces due to venting complications. Bloch (bid 2) provided a quote that included an upgrade to high efficiency (~95%) furnaces w/ all the required new pvc venting, at a price that was less than bid source 1 (for a much better product!) . Additionally, the technicians work was excellent. And, the owner was on sight to make sure all the work was installed with quality and as quoted. Bloch is an outstanding company ! Can’t say enough good things about our experience.

Randy had a quote ready the same day he visited, and his price beat out several others. On the day of the installation, the Bloch team was great! They worked around other construction going on at the same time, got the new equipment connected quickly and correctly, and spent the time to show me exactly what was installed and how to use it. They were also very responsive to follow-up questions I had in the weeks after their visit. Our new air conditioner works great and is FAR quieter than the 18 year old unit it replaced.
My neighbor recommended Bloch to me, and I'm glad he did. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Working with Randy Bloch and his team really made a difficult situation (our furnace going out during freezing temps.) a great experience. Randy’s service was exceptional. They kept us running until a new unit could be installed and installed our new unit in a day. Thank you everyone at Bloch.
Very satisfied with Bloch. My furnace stopped working on a Friday evening and they came out as quickly as they could on a Saturday to get it back up and running. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend if you need any of their services!
We own a house that is close to 40 years old with some of our appliances being original. We've had Bloch out to look at both our washing machine and just recently our A/C unit. Being first time home owners, we could have easily had someone come in and take a quick glance, and then tell us they needed to be replaced. However, both times Bloch has worked with us they told us the opposite, and even educated us on how to make these old appliances last even longer. Both times we were only charged a reasonable service call fee. Would 10 times over recommend them to anyone who has an appliance or HVAC issue.
