Professional Services Heating, AC, and Electric Repair

A/C would not kick out cold air, called at 10:30 on a friday and they were at my house by 12:00 the same day, technician was amazing, found the issue right away, and even told us about this service they offer for 3 years. GREAT COMPANY, thank you, and fantasy football will go on as scheduled.

I had them out for a new AC installation quote. Jeremy arrived on time as stated, was knowledgeable in conversation, listened to my concerns and was professional in demeanor. I am still waiting on an additional quote prior to signing a contract to have the new unit installed.

Terry did prior work on an addition for us. We were happy to he was assigned to this job. We knew it would be well done and in a polite and conscientious manner.

Adam was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the problem immediately. I highly recommend Professional Services!!!

Professional Services installed a new Daiken furnace back in December and did an outstanding job. (See our previous post) The furnace worked very well but a noise developed within the blower assembly when it would startup. A new motor and a new blower housing was tried but did not solve it. After waiting to get direction from Daiken, Justin, the Service Manager went ahead and ordered the next level up furnace with a variable speed motor and had it installed in my home. Terry Parchim did a superb job on the install with his partner Max Sippel. They arrived at 7:30AM, put drop cloths on every square inch of floor and stairs in my home all the way to the mechanical room. In less than 3 hours they had my first furnace out and the new one in . . . incredible. All is running perfect. It is really impressive Professional Services commitment to getting everything correct and the customer satisfied.
