Tradewinds came out to do maintenance on a/c unit, tech personable, very informative, on time. I made a point to call Jordan, let her know pleased with service, happy that digital thermostat could be adjusted to set point, since visually impaired. Simpler operation. Much thanks. Perhaps later owner like programmability of system. Hehe. Can recommend compamy and staff highly.

Very responsive to request for quote, followup inquiries, and informative about WI Focus on Energy rebate and applicable federal tax credits.

Very knowledgeable about heat pump and furnace combinations that were best suited to our home including return air ducting/ filter. Also, they gave clear and concise instructions of new smart thermostat.

We were so impressed with the work done by Tradewinds. They were so respectful of our home while doing the work. They gave us the time we needed to learn the new system. We trusted them completely and highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done or a new system put in!

We had our furnace stop working on a Sunday, and they were available immediately (within an hour), for a fair off-hours service fee.

Unfortunately they did not have the parts on the truck to finish the repair, and we agreed to wait a day until Monday to finish the job instead of opening the warehouse for an additional off-hours weekend fee.

While not ideal, that seemed fair. However, they really did not want us to be without heat for the night and decided to install a temporary part to get the heat working for the night. This was done at no charge, and they still returned the next day to swap in the final part.

Additionally, they found a cheaper part that was compatible and were able to reduce the cost an additional 200 below the original estimate.

Ken, Alan and their crew did a meticulous job installing our new furnace, air conditioner/heat pump and humidifier. Their attention to detail and professionalism in dismantling the old system and installing the new system were amazing. They arrived promptly, skillfully fabricated all the necessary ductwork, programmed and taught us how to use the wi-fi enabled thermostat and left the work area clean. It was obvious that they took pride in their workmanship. I could not be more pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Called TradeWinds after our furnace had stopped working and they were at our house to inspect the furnace within an hour of calling. Great to work with, explained the options and features of each new furnace to purchase when we knew nothing about furnaces. Will definitely give them a call again to come out for inspections and when we have HVAC issues again.

Could not recommend Tradewinds and Ken enough. Professional, honest, responsive, and kind. Ken explained the problem we were having and then saved us thousands of dollars by hunting down the replacement piece we needed. I’m a realtor and give out Ken’s name all the time because I know he’d take the best care of my clients.

I had a new AC unit installed from TradeWinds, they provided excellent service, they took care of the house, installed all new lines and left everything looking perfect. I recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services.
