Bobby is the tech that, Wisconsin Fuel and Heating sent out to repair our furnace. Temp. outside was 20 Degrees and we were without heat. The furnace would not ignite.Within a few hours of calling Wis. Fuel and Heating (They were super busy) ....Bobby called and said he was on his way. Bobby arrived and within 30 minutes from the time he arrived.(and departed)...the furnace was up and running perfectly. Bobby is a very knowledgeable Tech. He knew exactly what need to be replaced after checking the trouble code the furnace had generated. He promptly replaced the part (which he had on his truck) checked and cleaned another component , started up the furnace, checked that all was good and was out the door all within 30 minutes. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He accurately answered all the questions I asked of him and explained the repair in detail to me. He showed me the defective part and explained to me why it failed. I asked him if I could keep the old defective part to show to my wife. He said of course. It is a Great pleasure to deal with a person(tech) that is honest and only repaired was was needed and did not attempt to "pad" the repair with extra parts and labor. I highly recommend That you ask for "Bobby" when you need service from Wis. Fuel and Heating.

They were able to fit me in very quickly (less than two hours). The technician was very professional and polite. He identified and fixed the problem with my furnace very quickly (less than 20 minutes). It was also a very reasonable cost - far less than I was anticipating! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

My unit was installed nearly two years ago and has not worked correctly since. I’ve had many service calls. The unit is too small for my 2900 sq ft hone. It should be approximately 600 but’s for this home. They should have known this when they installed it. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years. I expected better.

They did a fall maintenance on the furnace. Determined circuit board was bad. Ordered up a new one and came back to replace and cycle unit which is currently operational

Erik did a superb job removing my 22 year old air conditioner and installing a brand new one! A very professional team! On time and ahead of schedule completion! WI Fuel is always highly recommended by me!

We noticed that our floor vents had a large amount of dust and debris. Called and was scheduled right away that same week. Ronnie and Sergio went through the entire house and cleaned each vent. They even cleaned out our dryer vent even though the service was not scheduled. They happened to have the equipment on the truck. Talk about luck! I have been telling everyone what a difference they made and how much cleaner our home is now. Will be using them for sure in the future! Thanks again for your wonderful service!!!

Great company with great people. My family has been using this company for many years for heating, cooling and duct cleaning and have always been very satisfied with their services. I always request Matt Schultz. Even when he is very busy, he ALWAYS takes the time to listen and answers all my questions. He is very knowledgable and polite. Thanks Matt for the maintenance tips.

Had an A/C unit replaced due to being 25 years old. Had John come and give an estimate, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The estimator and technicians all arrived on scheduled times and were friendly. The price for replacement was good compared to other estimates I received. Had Brian and Scott out to replace unit, they performed a quality looking install and have been having 90 degree days now with so far no issues with unit performance.

Ronnie was on-time, extremely professional and thorough throughout the job. He was very forthcoming and honest about what work was needed and even educated me about what maintenance was being done while he was doing it.
