I have been using Wisconsin Fuel & Heating for over 20 years. I've always had a quick response, professional, knowledgeable technicians, a fair price, and they carry great quality products.

The crew that worked two days at my house were professional, courteous, and efficient. My ducts were in desperate need of cleaning and difference was immediately noticeable. The second day was a complete install of a new furnace, air conditioner, and some replacement of ductwork. They relocated the condenser to an area inaccessible to the dogs, who are hard on the equipment. Consulted with me on proposed location of vent pipes. Not only do I believe I received a fair price for quality equipment, but that I received top-notch service from all the technicians and install crew.

Our 19 year old furnace died last week and we contacted WI Fuel for help. Every single person we were in contact with was wonderful, including the office staff, sales person, and several technicians/installers. They went above and beyond when we were dealing with a home warranty company which required extra paperwork by WI Fuel. They were prompt, on time and professional with the install of our few furnace and AC unit. Thank you for outstanding service.

Excellent in every way. They were recommended by friend and we could not be more pleased with the entire experience from in home estimate to installation. No drama no surprises, except pleasant ones. Every last representative performed and behaved as if it was their own business and their own home. Any questions we had were answered honestly and objectively - they weren't treated as opportunities to upsell, etc. We could not ask for more. Outstanding company! I can see why they've been in business for so long.
