Dey Distributing

After watching a YouTube video on a older model refrigerator. Called Dey Distributing they printed out a diagram so I new the exact location of the part I Needed to replace. Excellent service and they had the part I needed in stock. These people are the best!!

I looked the part up that I needed on their website even brought my parts with me to match and the guy said can't help you unless you give me your model # I told him I looked the part up on your website using the number off the part I brought in and he said we don't look parts up here. Wow if I had a supply chain with workers like that I'd be out of business. No worries looked the parts up again and ordered for 20 dollars less on amazon and they'll be here tomorrow.

Outstanding service......talk to Kevin....Get you the right part when you need it!!! He shipped the part for a broken furnace right to my front door in an emergency and it was the perfect part. He was the only person in Green Bay that helped me out. I will let everyone in town know about you guys. Thanks so much!!!

Went above and beyond, called 10 mins before they closed to see if they had a part for my heater. Which they did and it would of taken us 30 mins to get to the shop. He was able to make accommodations for us and we are so very thankful.

Had exactly what I needed for the parts to fix my dryer and stove even though both are older. Friendly staff and was in and out in 5 minutes. Highly recommend if you are looking to fix your own minor repairs.
