Customer service is dry at best, they have everything you need or will have it available in a few days from another site shipped to store. Create an account with them and save a ton of cash on parts.

This place is a joke. Wouldn't return an item without a box!! Employees acted like I was crazy for wanting to return a product without a box. Employees were rude. Building is a dump. Go anywhere else but here. I hope they go out of business.

First time i went i the guy was rude. Second time helpful, but they ordered the wrong part i needed and they wouldn't refund me the shopping fee even though they messed up.

Horribly rude, acted like the part I needed to replace was not important to them. They won't even return a brand new un-used item. Just needed some simple help for a dishwasher pump and they were no help!

Had what I needed, but not very helpful in a service sort of way. Parts were on demand but at convenience prices

Highly recommended...if you are a do it yourselfer fixing appliance and or utilities they can assist.
