My heating unit stopped working just at the end of this winter and I had no idea who to call, but there was a maintenance sticker on the side of the unit. It was Richards Heating and Cooling. I called them and within 2 hours they had a tech at my home.
The unit needed a small part replacement. The tech called the office and they located the part, and he went to pick it up, came back and replaced it. It was really nice to have such a fast response. Would recommend Richards Heating and Cooling everytime.

Two very helpful, friendly guys came, made quick work of what I needed done. They went above and beyond by mounting my fire chimney cover back on so I didn't have to do it. Price came in less than estimated. Very happy with service.

Service technician was on time and efficiently performed the maintenance. He answered questions of concern. Jeremy also provided knowledgeable insight on what he performed. Plus he was nice to our dog.

came home from being on vacation to find my house was only 50 degrees. called Richards, they were there asap. tech was professional, diagnosed problem right away and had the part INSTOCK on his truck. fixed the problem, didn't leave a mess and locked up properly on his was out. Great Service at market rates. Use them for both commercial and residential HVAC needs. Always on time and they will send a text message with a picture of the HVAC technician once they are dispatched on the service call! Great local company!

Richard's Heating and Cooling is a great company. They really take the time to meet all of your expectations. They know what they are doing and I was very impressed with their services and the quality of what they provided me.

Liked that when I called that I got an actual person that answered and not a machine had a problem with my furnace it was making a strange noise they had someone out the next day and the technician jaramy i think that was his name he was a very professional and Courteous young man very nice and even cleaned up after himself I have already recommend Richards heating and cooling to a friend of mine thank you all and stay safe
