I would highly recommend Richards to anyone I know. We bought a house that had an A/C unit that was less than a year old and was not working properly. They went out of their way and above expected service to come and make sure that we were taken care of. The owner himself came out to see what was going on and ended up fixing the issue on the spot. The whole team was very professional and communicated very well.

Richard's was a life saver fixing furnace. Great communication, trustworthy technicians and quick service. They also installed our Cental Air, we're exceptionally happy, highly recommend.

Tony is the absolute best! I cannot recommend him and Richards Heating & Cooling strongly enough. We had a broken boiler for several days while temperatures were just hovering around freezing. There was no room in the schedule for us, but Tony knew how important it was to have heat in our home, so he made time for us at the end of the day to help us get the issue, resolved as quickly as possible. The next day we found an additional issue that couldn't have been diagnosed the first day, and he again came back, despite having a full schedule that day as well. He was an absolute hero, and we owe him big time! We have also worked with Matt at Richards, and he is also outstanding. The whole team from Richards is so great that we are officially canceling our home appliance insurance policy so we can work directly with Richards going forward. Thank you Richards team! You guys are the best!

We couldn't be happier with our experience. Everything was explained to us in great detail, did not feel like we were upsold either which is a plus. One day turnaround on installing a new furnace!! All in all extremely happy with the services provided.

Tony was absolutely incredible! Our heat went out late in the afternoon and Tony came and stayed very late to make sure our heat was working again before he left. The temp outside was below freezing and we had a small child at home. Tony worked well past when he was scheduled to be off, found emergency parts and even spoke with our home warranty company to ensure the repair was covered. Absolutely incredible service and we won’t go with anyone other than Richards to work on our home HVAC equipment. Thanks for all of your help Tony!

We had maintenance done on our very old HVAC system after moving into a new house. DESPITE a little bit of miscommunication in scheduling, every phone call was professional and friendly. The service was prompt and accommodating to our needs & schedule, and the tech who came was honest and did a good job explaining his work. When we are in the market to replace our HVAC, Richard's will be on our list to call.
