I am Sorry to say I had a Bad Experience With this Company. They came to my House Gave me a Quote for a New Install of Central Air. I gave them a Deposit which I got Back after they Showed up and Worked on my Furnace for 3-4 Hours and then Packed up and Left and said they Could Not do it! And the Owner is the one that gave me the Quote. Very Disappointed and they Didn’t even Offer a Free Service Call for what they Did!! Then the secretary Told Me she wasn’t going to Argue with me when I asked her what was Going On!! Very Unprofessional! Would Not Recommend Them. The Next Company I called Had No Problem with the Install Whatsoever.

The technician is wonderful! From his knowledge to communication, I was very pleased. The receptionist who coordinates appointments is always pleasant, too. I’d highly recommend.

Richard’s received our request for service via the home warranty we had purchased with our new home. We had been getting the run around from the home warranty company, and when Richard’s heard our situation, they agreed to service our contract, even though we were out of their area.

Cindy took my calls and was kind and professional. They were booked out two weeks, but she called me twice in an effort to get to our house sooner. I called on Friday and by Monday they had a tech out- so impressed with their fast, professional service!

Bryan was our technician. He cleaned our unit and figured out we needed a new thermostat, as the new one we had installed was faulty. He gave my husband tips for helping our unit to run more efficiently. He worked quickly and thoroughly, in-spite of the 90 degree temps.

We were so impressed with Richard’s service, and can not recommend them highly enough!

The team at Richards were able to fix and get our furnace up and running again. Great service, honest and fair prices. Would definitely recommend.

My furnace blower was getting louder and louder. AHS set-up Richard's s my contractor, and it was a wonderful experience.

Richard and Tony were great! Initial assessment was done by Richard, and he performed a thorough analysis of the issue, and took his time explaining everything, and answered all my questions, and more.

Once the parts arrived, Tony replaced the problematic parts, and tested everything to make sure everything worked as expected, and took his time to explain everything to me.

Both appointments were completed timely.

Can't say enough good things about Richard's. We have used them for various maintenance and HVAC system updates since we purchased our house 7 years ago. Quick to respond, honest and all the technicians we have had do great work, are friendly and take the time to answer any questions we have. Certainly our preferred HVAC service providers in the GB area.

Richard's installed our furnace, gas line for our grill and water heater 6 years ago and now central air. These guys are awesome! On time and very professional. There is no one else I'd call. I recommend them to everyone. Thanks for the great work you do!

Richards heating & Cooling installed my furnace yesterday and I'm very pleased with the service. The 2 gentleman (Matt & Brady) I have alot of respect for, they were very professional, took time to listen to my questions & concerns & and responded immediately. I'm elderly and I havent seen with this new generation such wonderful respect they had for me. They sure new their business. Would definitely call this business again if I was in need.
