H. J. Faust, Inc. Heating and Air Conditioning

Will Bretsch and the other technician with him did a great job installing our Lennox furnace and air conditioner. They were very nice and respectful of our home. They worked until the job was done and made sure everything was running fine. Highly recommend H.J. Faust Inc.

One of the most professional and friendliest companies I have worked with in a long time. They have exceptional communication skills and were very accommodating to time constraints. They explained everything in an easy to understand way. I wished all companies had these great qualities and amazing customer service!

Sadly another overcharging under delivering company. Did a "diagnostic " for 90 dollars and a resistor repair for another 300. Week later the AC leaked so much it was dripping through ceiling of condo below while we were on vacation. Called them to come in they wanted another 90 dollars for a diagnostic. AND ALOT OF ATTITUDE of basically not our problem.. Seriously do your job right first time. I understand leaking may not have had anything to do with the resistor. But it takes 5 minutes to make sure the drain pan is functional.

Jeff was on time, early, actually. He was friendly, informative and very professional! He gave us lots of options to choose from after he performed a diagnostic on our AC.
This company has the absolute best communication with their clients. I highly recommend them!!!

Riley C. was amazing! He was very thorough and very patient with all the questions that I asked. He would not leave until the job was done and done right. He really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and understand the work that he was doing and why it needed to be done. I would definitely use this company again and request Riley.

Just had them provide a quote to replace the older A/C unit and some install additional runs.
Meeting was set up and Eric arrived as scheduled and listened to my needs and quickly provided recommendations and a proposal for the work.

They will be back next week to complete the work.

So far I would highly recommend them for you HVAC work. I will provide an update when all work is completed.

As ‘green’ home owners on a new build, we were surprised to have a leak in the basement but HJ Faust was extremely responsive and had a tech within hours. Jeff B. was quick, thorough, and knowledgeable with great feedback to maintain the a/c and furnace. They would be our first recommendation after dealing with other companies in the past. After my first phone conversation with them I felt comfortable enough to let my wife deal with the service technician while I was at work - which is definitely rare. Nick came out on time and fixed our AC system at a very fair price. He explained everything during the process and my wife was very impressed with his professionalism.

I appreciate Jeff Brutlag’s work when he serviced our furnace and AC unit. He took the time to clean everything up and assure that it worked properly and as efficiently as possible. He was also on time, polite, and clearly communicated all the work that he did. The office staff was also helpful and communicated well.
