Jeff was on time. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he did and why it needed to be done.

Had an issue with heat at my home in delavan. Called in at 7pm on a Friday and Tara was able to get Jeff out to diagnose the issue by 815. He didn't have the part but was back in the morning with the fix. Transparency was great and technician notifications were great.

I was extremely pleased with Nick and his trainer. They listened to my complaints/ concerns and after a few minutes Nick checked the parameters to see how the boiler was set-up. After cleaning the unit and checking the registors next was to reset the the parameters to a higher setting. I learned a lot about my boiler/ heat. I'm very pleased and would recommend using H.J.Faust,Inc to my neighbors

They have very professional employees. Lori was able to come to our home quickly to give us a quote for a new A/C. We were able to get an install appointment a week later, which is sooner than what we were expecting. Will and Colin removed our old unit and installed our new A/C. They were all friendly, professional and informative. We have also had Jake at our home to service our furnace and he has the same characteristics of the ones I already listed. Thanks so much for a great experience!

Jeff was the Tech today and did a great job. Jeff was very thorough courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Terra who is the service manager also does a fantastic job. I have had three of their techs in my home and everyone is five star.

Jake was very professional and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company and Jake to anyone looking for H.V.A.C. needs. Update May 2023 - I am still completely satisfied with HJ Faust as a company. I have zero complaints and would highly recommend them for their professionalism and ethic.

Jake did a great job explaining the issue. Analyzed and fixed quickly, and talked about options for future with the old unit we have so giving us things to prepare for. I love that I was given a way to track his arrival as well as a picture so I could safely identify him! He presented himself very clean, polite, and knowledgeable!

Appreciate their response time! Technician was very conscientious. However I did get charged for a service call even though my thermostat was still under their warranty, and it stopped making the humming sound, as the technician arrived!which apparently it never is supposed to do. I should have asked for a new thermostat for fear it will do it again, out of warranty!

Jeff Brutlag did a great job checking our AC system and thermostat so we're ready for warm weather. Jeff was timely, easy to work with, polite and respectful of our home, and answered my questions as needed. A good guy and a good representative for Faust. We even got to briefly see Lori K!
