Joe was very professional and efficient. I was beyond pleased with the service I received. He fixed my AC unit and it was a very reasonable price. He got everything done in about an hour. 10/10 would recommend!! So happy with their work.
The process of getting someone to the house was great same day service!!! The girl who did that was extremely nice and accommodating!! The gentleman that came out was very professional and nice . We have an older system and we knew it needs replaced but he came out and put Freon in it and cleaned it and changed something on the motor blower!! He took great time in providing us with some great quotes for a new system. This makes the second time we used them and have been pleased both times.
Called to make an appointment for an estimate on a new unit. They worked me in the same day, they called before they came to let me know they were on their way, and they were very professional.
Justin is the technician who arrived and he was great. Always great service from Ashworth. The only issue I have with Ashworth is that they sent me a filter without my knowledge and of course there will be a charge for that item. It would’ve been nice to be asked instead of having an item show up that I didn’t order and wondering why I’ve received it. No one from Ashworth contacted me regarding this new practice. It would be good business not to surprise your customers with an extra charge and give them the chance to say whether they would like to have that item or not.
