Very quick to get something scheduled. Explained every part of what was happening and why. Gave me tips on how to prevent it from happening again. Went the extra mile. Really happy with the work Justin did.

This is the fourth company and the 5th visit to my house to figure out why my electric bills were in excess of $500. Your guy found it out fairly quickly that the problem was nothing more than the circuit breaker. I went to Home Depot, 20 bucks later, I had a new circuit breaker. Replaced it myself and my projected $591 electric bill turned out to be $125. No words can express how grateful I am and how thorough your team is!

Scheduled semi annual maintenance. They gave me an 8- noon window and the tech was here at 8:15. He was finished within 45 minutes and it only took that long because the shop ordered the wrong filters for me (these things happen - it's a brand new furnace) and he had to see if they had them on hand so he could pick them up and bring them back later. Excellent service, very professional.

The service person was on time as scheduled. The work was sufficient to make the AC cool. It is recommended to replace the HVAC system. Some things were performed that my home warranty did not covered. I had to pay out of pocket for these things.

Gladly use Ashworth. I recommend to anyone. Prompt. Outstanding communication. Friendly techs who take time to explain what they are doing and why. No reason to look anywhere else. Old school company that values customers.
