Having this service the technician found a problem we didn't know we even had. Sounded to me that it could have become serious later. I don't know alot about a furnace myself but knowing that we have a Company that does a 6month check up on it is very reassuring. I feel safer knowing this. The technician is always very polite and professional, always explains what he's doing and what we need. He very efficiently tends to any problems. Technician was very thorough in checking everything out Professional, on time , call before to let you know they are on their way.. knowledgeable,, they had pre-ordered the filters had them delivered to my house by UPS last week .Awesome technicians..
Plus , I know this has nothing to do with the actual A/C but it means a lot to me ...my son is Autistic and he talked my son and treated him with respect and even though some of his questions was silly , Alex still answered them ..Trust me some of these companies don't have techs like this but Ashworths does they treat my son like this every time they walk in my house ..Thank you guys, it means a lot to me ..

We moved in our house less than 1 year ago. Our upstairs HVAC system has probably went out 15-20 times. Unfortunately, we have to keep using Ashworth because we have the home warranty. Every time they come, a different tech comes and none of them have been able to fix it. They all put on a bandaid fix and it quits again! They were here 3 days ago, it they are coming back again today. If we could use a different company, we definitely would!
**UPDATE** Today (7-3-2023) they performed a basic tuneup on our system. When the tech left we discovered that the upstairs unit was not working. It was 85° upstairs. Was unable to get them to return because it was too late in the day. I spoke with a friend of mine who was a former HVAC tech. He told me some things to try. I went to the attic and realized that the tech flipped the breaker on the actual unit. As soon as I turned it on....COLD AIR! This whole situation is total negligence on the tech that came to our house. This should have been checked before he left. Again, I will never use this company again. I have a large social media following and definitely will be educating everyone on this company and the poor performance they have provided us over the past 2 years.

I guess the owner can not handle negative reviews. Absolutely any business owner has to be prepared to accept positive reviews and negative reviews. Unfortunately my review was negative. I got a letter in the mail today from the owner saying that he is cutting ties with our business relationship which does not hurt my feelings in slightest. I was not just complaining, I had actual proof of their technicians not doing their jobs effectively. I work for a company working on ATM's. If I had left an ATM after workingand did not make sure it was working properly when I left then I would have got in trouble. I feel that these type of technicians need to make sure their work is better than what they are doing, especially making sure that the HVAC system was turned on before they left. That was a legit oversight that should have never happened.
Ashworth Installed new furnace at my residence. Did a professional job on the install. Had to call back on venting issue and was repaired promptly and properly.
Technician came out for after install review. On time and very kind and courteous as usual. Very professional. Found one issue and fixed it promptly. I highly recommend this company. Scheduling is pleasant. Office personnel are very kind, courteous and professional also.
I use Ashworth often. Alex did a super great job. Very kind and professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Alex goes above and beyond in diagnosing the problem and the remedy. Prices are reasonable too.
