    Customer service is the Best in the Valley. Quick response time. They explained charges,technician was knowledgeable and quick. I will def keep using them and refer them.

    Josh, Daniel and Keith were the installers that helped me out. All were polite, respectful and personable. Josh was very knowledgeable about the installation and took the time to listen to me and answer any questions I had. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

    It is 1degree outside and the house was getting cold. I have people coming for Christmas Eve dinner and need to stay home and prepare ahead. I called Ashworth and was immediately put on the schedule. Shortly after that, the technician arrived and made the repair. We are so grateful for the excellent service.

    I purchased a new A/C and gas furnace complete system on July 7, 2022. The total purchase price was over $11,000. Additionally, I purchased a service agreement, with a monthly charge of $13.87. This classified me as a "Club Member".

    On December 23, 2022, at noon, my furnace had stopped heating. The blower was functioning but the air was not warm. The thermostat was set at 66 F but the indoor temperature had fallen to 55. I contacted Ashworth and requested a technician to come ASAP, as the polar vortex storm was coming.

    I was advised that no technician was available on the 23rd, and that a technician was scheduled for the 24th. I was advised he would call when he was in route to my home. Additionally, I was advised that I would be billed for the service call, even though the unit was under warranty, only 5 months old, and I had a service contract. They stated I was being charged $150 up front because my club membership did not cover holidays or weekends.

    On December 24th, I waited from 7 am until 1 pm. At 1 pm I called the office to reaffirm a tech was coming. They advised yes, I was still scheduled. At this point I had not had heat for 25 hours. I went to church at 5 pm, and still no tech. No call. At 5:33, during church, I missed a call with my phone on vibrate. I immediately stepped out of the church during the Christmas service, and called from the nave. The tech did not answer and his voicemail box was full. I called back 3 times after that and there was no answer.

    I called on December 26 and 27 as did my boyfriend. No one returned my call. At this point 4 days have passed with temperatures a -20 F wind chill.

    The furnace had stopped working due to routing of a condensate line outside which froze. The drain line was not insulated, buried, stubbed off or protected, so the unit stopped working when it froze.

    Finally on 12/30 (7 days later), Ashworth sent their owner who seemed indifferent when he met with my boyfriend and me. He did not use the words "I am sorry". He merely offered excuses and no rebate, no compensation, no kindness, nothing.

    If you are considering Ashworth for your HVAC needs, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

    First time using Ashworth heating and cooling. I am very pleased with their business. Their technician Justin checked out our system thoroughly fir fall maintenance and found a problem with a heating coil relay that he quickly fixed. Found the overall problem to be the condensation drain not draining properly. Quick and friendly service. So much appreciated these days.

    Scheduling was super easy! The person who scheduled us was an absolute delight! She was very friendly, easy going, & easy to get along with.

    Our technician, Justin, was very personable & professional! He definitely knew what he was doing & was very thorough with everything he did- to ensure he didn’t miss anything! He provided suggestions to help us out in the long run as well. Highly recommend!
