Friday evening came home to a 52 degree house. Comfort Air, Inc technician was able to figure and resolve an issue within minutes. My house is warm once again. Thank you for great service!

My experience with Comfort air has been good from the start. They seem to have a good crew , and are fast at getting someone out if there is an issue. Customer service is good and the guys doing installs and maintenance are respectful and well trained.

I love my new heat pump HVAC system! Dan and the crew at Comfort Air did a great job this spring replacing my old propane furnace and electric AC with a quiet, energy efficient unit. For my 3000 square foot home the variable speed compressor has been well worth the extra expense--no more constant swings from too hot to too cold. It maintains a nice, even temperature whether heating or cooling. Dan was very responsive and easy to work with, and went out of his way to help me get a system I would be happy with. The installation crew was efficient and meticulous. I do wish the smart thermostat that I ended up with was larger--the buttons on the 4" touchscreen I have are small and difficult to operate--but aside from that, I'm pleased with the system. Highly recommend!

The tech ( Ben ) was Very Professional, and Very detailed in letting you know the problem diagnosed and what was needed to fixed it .All in all this company was a Pleasure to do business with. And will continue to do so.

I’ve had the ducts cleaned before. This seemed to be much more thorough. Very professional, kind and helpful. Above and beyond.

Our furnace stopped working suddenly. Ben from Comfort Air diagnosed it to a possible lose connect cover and switch. He is awesome, thorough and courteous. Patiently checked everything. Made sure both heating and cooling worked. Explained why it takes longer to switch bet the two. Also helped enable WiFi on controller which I had not tried. Awesome guy! Thanks Ben. Keep up the great work.

I’ve been using Comfort Air now for at least 4 years. They are really great! The first time I used them I had an emergency in which they rearranged their schedule to get me in quickly so I didn’t suffer without heat for days. Because they are so awesome I’m happily on an annual service plan. Now I haven’t had another emergency, and my system is checked and cleaned yearly. Their office staff are great!

My technician today was Rob S. He was actually a few minutes early and took care of everything efficiently and showed me photos of my units and their readings. I appreciate his attention to detail!

Their rates are very reasonable and worth every penny.

Service and install were amazing! The turnaround time from consultation to installation was a mere few days. Our consultation rep, Dan, was professional and communicative.

Aliaksei S did installation with his team and they were extremely hardworking, conscientious (took shoes off when coming in the house, put cardboard down under their work van to avoid and oil drips on our driveway, cleaned up after themselves) and honest (forgot to install the air scrubber we paid for and returned without us needing to ask to complete the job). Couldn't ask for better service!
