Arrived on time. Addressed issue and options. Professional and thorough. This company goes out of its way to ensure excellent customer service. Furnace finally died after 22+ years. Called Comfort Air and their response was stellar. When I first scheduled the installation they said the soonest they could do the job was the Wednesday before Turkey Day. With house guest coming this was cutting it real close. Told them if at all possible put me on the schedule with a note that I was concerned about the time frame. A couple of days later they called and told me they could do it the Friday before. Outstanding customer service.

The Comfort Air team was very helpful throughout the entire process. The dispatcher took her time to explain all the details, options, etc. as she was setting my appointment. Their technician Paul was professional and a great listener. He was honest with his recommendations. I will continue to use Comfort Air for maintenance on an annual basis and for any future repairs that are needed.

Ben came out and services our furnace. He was very professional, confident and explained everything very clearly. The price was fair and the overall experience was quick, clean and thorough. I would highly recommend.

This company makes maintenance so easy!! I paid a year in advance to have my HVAC cleaned/maintenanced, and they texted me, let me know I was due for a service, and sent someone 3 days later!
