They were excellent. They went to a lot of effort to find my dryer vent exit, which was through the roof. They had to enter the attic to access the clean out.

Daniel was on time, professional communicated through out the steps he was performing. Answered all our questions.

Holy cow this company was amazing! We bought a 2 story house in June, and figured out that we had a single zone system in our home, causing the downstairs to always be colder than upstairs. This is pretty uncomfortable seeing that we were seeing 5° temperature differences between floors, and the thermostat is located on the main floor.

I called 3 different HVAC companies, and ComfortAir gave me the best quote that was in line with the others. Come to find out, this was the company that installed the HVAC system when the house was built, but the builder had them install only a single zone (that’s another issue with the builder).

My first point of contact was Dan, who is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He came in to look at the job and he gave me a cheaper option, even though he wouldn’t get our business. He suggested getting smart vent dampers that I could install myself, but I felt like if I was going to do this, I should do it right the first time. He took a bunch of my phone calls after our meeting and each time was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I scheduled an appointment a week out, and Josue showed up exactly at 8am and began work. Him and his team worked a full day, and I asked him if we could get some heat in the house after they ripped out all the ductwork. He left after day 1 and we had heat blowing downstairs which gave us a comfortable night until the next day. They showed up again at 8am and worked nonstop and finished the entire job, including installing the thermostat per my request. The job included a Trane thermostat, but I wanted to use an Ecobee, so the next day they showed up with the proper relay board to accommodate my hardware.

I can’t suggest these guys enough, and will definitely come back when I have HVAC needs!
