I was please to meet paul,he took the time to drive out to the job site even before I decided to hire him . Him and his team were very professional, easy to work with and they were true craftsman, his prices were very competitive and what is rare is they were done on time and the agreed price did not change. Replaced heat pump, electric furnace, and electric water heater with new a/c, gas furnace, and tankless gas water heater. Paul helped us choose the right equipment for our house at a reasonable price. Everything works like it should and the installation crew knew exactly what to do.

Our A/C stopped working at 8:30 pm so we called Semenik HVAC which to our surprise they answered the phone this time of night. We scheduled to have them send a tech out the next day and after he arrived we were fixed in a matter of minutes. Awesome company. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Semenik HVAC/R is awesome! Prompt professional service, very knowledgeable and the tech explained things in terms a homeowner can understand, especially when dealing with a severely old furnace and the eventual replacement! Definitely going to use their services again and will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs an honest detailed HVAC company!

In October when winter showed up our 50 year old furnace dumped: I called Paul who had his tech come out that same day to look at it. Bottom line we needed a new furnace. He was fast to not only quote a new 95% Trane with pump, but they had it in the next day and we had heat. Can't be happier with the furnace or Semenik service!

Paul was very helpful in setting up an appointment that worked with my schedule and in understanding the time sensitive nature of the service. I was very happy with the service and price I received and I even got the chance to observe and ask questions about the service. I would definitely recommend this business.

HVAC1 SAVED MY ***S !!! My #1 go to company! Don't waste hours calling everyone from the local google list like I did! I had an emergency furnace issue...toast basically. Its winter I have a wife and 4 kids to keep warm and Its survival time!!! I called all the local big dogs and guess what...BOOKED OUT! "No luck buddy your family is going to have to freeze for the next 3 weeks because your money is just as green as the next guy's! I called HVAC1, and WHAT?...a human answered right away. I told him my situation, and guess what they are busy too...BUT...I was put through to management and this person listened and understood my situation! FINALLY! I was given a priority position and had a tech at my door hours later...NOT WEEKS...hours later. 2 hours later a few hundred buck WELL spent my family will weather the storm! Go Dad...lol...no...Go HVAC1!!!
