Paul and the Semenik crew did a fantastic job on our HVAC and furnace installation. His team was timely, professional and did a great overall job. Our home had electric panel heating and our electricity bills were around $400. We just got our first bill on the new system and it was $35. I would recommend Semenik for these type of projects!

We had a new Coleman heat pump and air handler installed last week by Semenik HVAC. Our experience was very positive and the project was done right on schedule with no problems. Paul was always readily available and very responsive. Vitally is a very good technician with a great personality. We enjoyed working with both of them. We would be happy to give them a recommendation or talk to potential customers on their behalf. We are happy we chose them and like the Coleman equipment, which is working perfectly!

Contacted Semenik HVAC on a Thursday about a Mini Split install for my home....Mini Split installed that next Wednesday! Paul was great to deal with, and so were all his employees that I spoke with. Fit and finish of Mini Split was outstanding. Paul also took the time to explain how the system operated, and it's capabilities. Great attitude, very professional, and Military friendly!

Seminik HVAC was very quick and responsive to diagnosing our office system. In this Heat Wave we had had our system burnt up and completely stopped working. Paul had a crew come out the very next day with parts and within 4 hours we were running back on schedule with A/C. Thank you for the excellent work and will be using again if needed.

First of all we have been a client of Semenik HVAC for several years. They were knowledgeable of the health problems within our home from their past visits. We called them in because of a problem with one of our two heat pumps freezing up. They came out, serviced the unit, got it working fine. They warned us that the unit was going to give us further problems it was technically beyond repairs. Within a day, the problem returned. We called, they advised us that the unit was going to have to be replaced. It would take at least three weeks before they could obtain a unit and do so. Within 24 hours they called back and advised us that they were getting a unit to replace ours and would be here in the next couple of days. They were here in two days and installed the new unit. They even stayed till 10 P.M. to make sure we had AC. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. There work was neat and orderly. We have recommended them in the past but now, we would go out of our way to recommend them to anyone we know. They are a great company.

They did a great job at a reasonable price when my pilot light went out. We had tried another contractor that charged a lot but didn't fix it. Semenik did it right and charged less. I used them again recently to service my furnace and was very pleased. I'd recommend to anyone (and I have recommended them several times to my friends).

After looking into almost every HVAC company in town, we decided to go with Semenik HVAC and we couldn't be more happy with their service. Paul was very friendly and took the time to explain what he was going to do and even answer all our questions. Paul and his install team at Semenik are awesome. We had them install a new hot water heater and furnace for our family as we head into the winter. Paul listened intently to my concerns and requests and truly went above and beyond! Semenik had fantastic rates, were extremely professional, very timely and their installation was seamless. I would highly recommend Semenik for your heating and cooling needs. It went so well that I'm also having them put in a new A/C unit for me this coming year. In a day and age where great customer service is a lost art, Paul and his install team came through above and beyond. Overall, very satisfied customer!

Paul and company are professional, courteous, competent and fair. I have had them out four different times for everything from minor repairs to major installations including a new furnace and a mini split unit.
