Called in early March to schedule new home heating system (heat pump) installation. They promised to call me back "next week". Waited 30 days and called again, they promised to call me back "next week". It's now AUGUST, and my $12000 furnace is not scheduled and not installed. They've YET to find the time to even call me. LOUSY response, very poor professionalism. Now none of my phone calls are being returned. Do NOT use this company, you will waste your time and your money.

Gary came out for a preventive annual maintenance on my furnace. He was very thorough and kind enough to explain the system while doing his work.I would highly recommend Barton Boys company and Gary for representing the company so well.

They showed up 1/2 hour early eithout contacting us. We took time off to be on time for our agreed upon appointment. They blew us off and left 1/2 hour early before our time. No apologies from two people contacted. Just told we have to reschedule. We lost our place in line. Excuse me sirs, but that is not how you treat people! Be weary folks!

In response to your reply. That is not true!!! He talked to the technician and to you and were told we need to RESCHEDULE. There was no miscommunication here.. The technician said, "I cannot be back, I'm in Hayden and won't be able to make it back by 4 p.m. today."

Called other HVAC companies and the soonest they could schedule a service was a week out. I called Barton's and Angel answered and said the earliest was three days out but if a opening came up she would call. Received a call from Angel around noon and she had Trayton their technician there by 1:30. He knew what was wrong and fixed the problem ASAP. Angel is one. Great customer service. They will be the business I call for future service.

Over the weekend I realized my heat pump motor died. Called Barton Boys this morning and before 10:00 AM Rob Dahlin came out to the house. Just wanted to say you've got one great tech in Rob. I really appreciated his "bed side manner" and obvious know how regarding, in my case, heat pumps. Yes I will be recommending The Barton Boys to anyone in need.

Gary came out and worked on our AC unit that's 24 years old. I figured that it would need to be replaced. Gary was very honest and only replaced what was needed to get our unit back up and running. He also took the time to go through the system with me and explain how to properly set it up for optimum performance. Thanks for the honest work.

I called to schedule an appointment and the person on the phone was very very vague about day and time (should have seen the red flag)! We finally agreed to the day and time but then no one showed up! Took time off of work and waited for 30 minutes before finally giving up. This is a company I will avoid and tell my friends and family to do the same. Disappointing.
