Purchased and paid for product that showed in store inventory, drove 50 miles r/t to pick up the tool, it wasn’t there. They said it would be there next day (today). Called ahead before I left to make sure it was there, they confirmed it was, drove another 50 miles r/t to pick up. Nada. It wasn’t there after they confirmed it was. Told me to come back tomorrow. Should have ordered on Amazon.

Grainger closes at 4:30. That's lame. Every other supply house here closes at 5:00. Plus they're expensive. So expensive they should be open 24/7.
