Randi, Tom and Austin were spot on with their service. Very professional!! Even with a already full schedule they made time to stop by and fix our A/C. At 7:30 pm in the evening !!! I definitely would recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a company that is dependable , knowledgeable, professional and most of all reasonable with their pricing. Hot water heater wasn’t working more than 10 minutes, from the initial call to the install time it all took no longer than 48 hours the call was super easy to make and they were so understanding of my issue and price range. Tom really worked with me and the issues I was concerned with and I now can take the hottest showers for however long I would like! I definitely would go to this company for any other needs I might ever have and would give them 1000+ if I could! Thank you guys for your amazing work and for making my showers warm again

This heat wave has been bad. I like to keep the fan on to circulate the air since my house usually stays pretty cool. I kept hearing a high pitch sound coming from my furnace room. Tom came out the next day. I am so pleased with this company. He knew what the issue was right away. The price is very fair and the customer service is top notch! I will be using Comfortable Solutions from now on. They seem to actually care about their customers and that is rare now a days!

I highly recommend Comfortable Solutions, Inc. for your HVAC needs. My furnace motor quit working during this recent cold snap. Their receptionist answered (yes that is correct, a real person answered the phone) and had Tom Collett call me. Tom and his brother squeezed me in between clients that day to diagnose my problem, ordered my new motor and installed it the next day. I spent just a little over 24 hours without my furnace. Responsive, professional, and quality work and great customer service describes Comfortable solutions perfectly.

I’m not good with reviews. My husband always did them but, I had to add one for this company. It was so hot and I live in a mobile home that seems to trap the heat in. My air conditioner was old. It just gave up. Tom and Clint came out for a repair but it would have cost more to replace all the parts wrong with it. I was told 3 years ago I needed a new one. These two gentlemen replaced my unit the next day. I can’t thank you enough. I would have cooked in this heatwave.

They were so quick to respond when I called during a heatwave. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and educate us on how to avoid this happening in the future. Very knowledgeable. Signed up for their service plan, such a great deal! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend them!

These guys were great! Diagnosed the issue (the unit was 23 years old) I knew it needed replaced 2yrs ago. They actually replaced it the next day. Didn't have to make a call other than initial appointment. They kept in touch the whole time. Thank you Tom and Clint!

The team was great. My heat went down in the middle of winter. They came out the day I called them. They were very professional and ensured I had heat. They even gave me some tips on what I could do personally to get more life out of my furnace.
