All Weather is a fantastic company. When all other HVAC businesses were months out from even estimating my replacement needs, All Weather had already provided me a quote and installed the unit. They are very professional and their reputation within the Snoqualmie Valley is stellar. Most everyone I know who lives here has had work done by All Weather. I will never use another company.

I had a very pleasant experience with All Weather Heating today. Their tech showed up right within their stated appointment window and was very knowledgeable explaining the mini split system which we were getting.

He spent the time to make sure the system functioned properly once installed and did a great job cleaning up after himself. I will be using them again on our next project and will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and honest heating contractor.

All Weather Heating installed a hot water heater for me over the holidays in December. Entire process was great. The installation was quickly done, including removal of the old one - no problems encountered. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and maintained COVID-19 protocols. I felt their prices were comparable to others, and was a fair price. I also appreciate that Scott /All Weather Heating supports the local community with sponsorship of local non-profits. I would recommend them for any and all HVAC services needed.

Scott came over on a June afternoon and assessed the A/C desires I had. He was able to quote me that day and take a 50% deposit to get me in the work queue. He called roughly two weeks later saying that they could arrive the following week for the install. Much quicker than i was originally told for a wait during a record hot summer, just before the next heatwave!

I wanted Alexa connectivity and was told that I would have to setup the software myself as they didn’t have much experience with it. I was fine with that. After a week of struggling, I reached out convinced a piece of hardware was missing. They came out the following Monday and installed the needed piece. The guy who came out was curious enough to do a Wi-Fi set up that he stuck around and helped me get it done. Thank God. It may have taken me another week to figure out.

Well, winter rolls around and I can’t get the Mini Split to pump hot air. I called them up, described the issue and they were out the next day. I think it was the next day… anyway, soon enough to be happy. Although he wasn’t able to finish the work that day, he needed a replacement part and was back the next day to finish, just in time for the cold weather.

Definitely 5 stars. I initially started with another company and got the run around. Very frustrating. The company asked no questions (for example, how old was my water tank, is it cost effective to fix it or just replace) and didn't even assess my water heater. If it was something they couldn't fix with the part they said I needed (all done over the phone), I would have had to wait even longer to order a new tank. I decided to call All Weather Heating, Air Conditioning, & Refrigeration and spoke with Scott. He took the time to ask relevant questions which helped me to make a decision on what route to take. How the first company did not do this just makes me wonder how many other people are getting ripped off by them. All Weather was wonderful to work with, fast, professional. and just plain easy- something you want in a situation when you have no hot water! When the All Weather technicians came as scheduled, they educated me about the process. I am so glad I had a gut feeling about the first company and decided to call All Weather Heating, Air Conditioning, & Refrigeration. Thank you All Weather!!

Great group of guys. Very professional. When I had problems after my install six months later they came out quickly and were very helpful. I especially liked the electric guy, Ed. Super nice man. Whole crew was great. Highly recommend.

Gabor was the best person to work with!!! 5 STARS FOR HIM!!! We had originally been on the schedule to install in February but then our furnace died. They came out the next week to save us from a cold winter. I can tell you how grateful we are about that flexibility. Truly shows he cared for the people and not just profits.

As a stark contrast, however, the gentleman (with glasses) who came out to install only seemed to care about himself. He may have been having a bad day but still. He greeted us then quickly told me to move some things around in the garage so they could run their lines (totally understandable but still a surprise), thankfully I was home to do so and my wife wasn't stuck doing it. Then he tried to get out of running a new 6 wire line through the attic to where the NEST thermostat was. First, he said it was not on the work order so it was going to cost extra (on top of the $14-15k for the new furnace and AC). So I showed him the invoice with the line item. He apologized, then tried to convince us to switch to a Honeywell (Wifi) thermostat. Very strange.

There was a known issue with the correct breaker being in stock but then he tried to get out of a follow up visit by offering a credit for the part ($20) but that would have just added more work for me to find another electrician to install it. Thankfully, their electrician opened up the panel and noticed one breaker was not being used so they could use a standard breaker. Crisis averted. But still, I'm paying for a complete service. Doing 95% of the installation and asking a home owner to figure out the rest was very weird.

To sum it up, it was as if this guy was trying to get out of any kind of work that was inconvenient. It was such a contract to all the other employees we had on site.

Seriously, every other part of their team was fantastic, including the electricians!!!

4+ stars, would have been 5 stars but there was a problem. The technician got his work done quickly and didn’t ask the usual questions, didn’t request that I crank up the heat, etc, which was fine because I was in a zoom mtg. As it turned out, we had no heat that night. Called their emergency number and the owner Scott was very accommodating and we got the furnace re-started.

All I can say is hire All-Weather as it's trustworthy, local and a great value. They installed our new heat pump and furnace system and now we are SO comfortable and no longer using space heaters.

Very professional and very communicative. Scott took the time to explain the answers to somewhat difficult questions and Gabor was very knowledgeable and very nice to talk with.

I've purchased both a hot water heater, and a gas furnace from All Weather. The owner, Scott Leibowitz, was able to explain features/options in language I could understand to help me make the best buying choice based on my needs and wants. After the install, Scott was responsive and thorough in answering a few follow up questions I had. His team is extremely professional, on-time, kept my house clean, and performs quality work. I highly recommend Scott and his team!
