    Edit as of 8/22/22. So Pros: 1) the tech/install team were great and so nice/polite. I really appreciated their work ethic and the time they took to answer questions. 2) Timothy (I think the dispatcher) was super sweet on the phone. 3) Gabor who did the quote was great and answered all my questions. Overall the people I interacted with were all polite, knowledgeable, and tried to be super helpful

    Other things: 1) started the process in May, install happened in August…but this wasn’t unexpected so not really a Con just FYSA.

    2) communication during the install waiting period was a bit spotty but how many times do you need someone reminding you that your in a holding pattern. So again not a con, just FYI.

    3) the day of install, I got a call at 8:30am that pushed back the install to the next business day…unfortunate but the entire industry is short staffed at the moment so I understand they didn’t have anyone else to send out. The team were on time the next day.

    4) during install the unit installed didn’t work…turns out it was a bad unit. I, of course, was not happy about it, but Andrea and the install team talked me off a ledge and we got everything sorted out the following Monday. Note—I do not think a larger company would have looked out for their client in that manner so kudos to the all weather team for that.

    So basically not the smoothest install but everything worked out and I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service.

    All Weather Heating was fantastic to work with. Their repair team did an excellent job of patching up some holes, replacing the exhaust, and doing a general cleaning on my furnace and AC. Would recommend their services to others.

    During a week-long snow event, our furnace starting randomly quitting on us. Having seen all the good online reviews, we called All Weather. The dispatcher was very professional and scheduled us in right away.

    The friendly technician arrived promptly and spent over an hour, diligently checking the system.

    The service was great and the cost was reasonable. We would definitely recommend them!

    The guy that came out to service our fireplace and furnace was really knowledgable and friendly. I was able to take him around the house and ask all my questions about how to better heat/cool different spaces in the home. Not only that, but I had a follow-up question that night and left a voicemail with the on-call, after-hours number and received a callback in less than 5 minutes. Really helpful and responsive, I would highly recommend this business :)

    Our furnace quit and our son recommended Scott with All Weather Heating and Air Conditioning of Snoqualmie Washington. Couldn’t have asked for a better referral. Their crew was out the next day to evaluate and diagnose the problem and already had the supplies including new furnace in stock and returned two days later for the install. Done in one morning on time. Wonderful to feel good clean heat again! Very efficient and fairly priced. Couldn’t recommend higher. We will always use this company in the future for our HVAC and water heater etc. needs. They are the best!

    Our church uses them for our yearly servicing. They are good communicators, they always email when the service person is on the way. They recently replaced an igniter in one of our furnaces and did a good job, the service guy explained clearly when asked about why it was needed, did the repair quickly.

    awesome job - very professional. kept us up to date given supply chain issues (not their fault). installation was efficient and when there was a minor issue, they were out same day to rectify. highly recommend them!

    As of end of March 2022: Short summary is it is almost 4 months at the moment, I paid fully but my AC is still not functioning.

    Detailed story:
    I made an appointment in Nov 2021 to get a quote for installing Mini-split and guys arrived on time explained everything and give me pretty competitive quote.

    So, on Dec 07, 2021, I made 50% deposit and explicitly asked about timelines because it was very important for me, I was told to expect my installation late December or early January.

    I did not get much communication and called a couple times late December 2021 and early January 2022 myself but was told that they are not sure when equipment will be available, so I was very disappointed because I really needed that AC, but I was like I will wait one more month and then get my money back and cancel everything if there will be no traction.

    Early February 2022 I got a call from Scott with explanation about shortages and that they had some issue with communication, and he was sorry, and told me that he will make sure everything will be on track with me. I was scheduled an appointment for Feb 23 for installation.
    Later it was rescheduled for Mar 9.

    On March 9 guys come out and installed AC, tested it, however there was an issue that they did not have suitable breaker.
    So, they promised me that same week or next week they will come out and install proper breaker and everything will be good.

    Scott charged me another 50% so it was full payment on March 9.

    Electrician scheduled the appointment on early morning on March 15, but nobody arrived without any notification.
    I was never able to reach electrician. BTW the electrician they contract has 2.5 stars rating on google.
    Someone contacted me after 3-4 days and scheduled another appointment for March 23 and then hour before an appointment I got text saying that vendor delivered wrong breaker so they will not be able to come out again. Really, they realized that they have wrong breaker hour before an appointment.

    Today is March 29 and I still don't have breaker installed, when I am calling electrician or all weather heating, I am not getting any response....

    I will recommend to explicitly write down the dates in the contract and do not pay in full before you will have entire installation completed.

    I was exceptionally impressed with All Weather. I originally had another company come out to repair my AC unit, and ultimately had them replace both my AC and furnace with a new heat pump setup. After they were done I had some concerns about the quality of work and called Scott at All Weather to come out and inspect the work. Scott immediately noticed multiple issues, ranging from shoddy workmanship to major code violations. Scott provided me with a detailed breakdown of all the issues which allowed me to go back to the original company and successfully request a full refund and removal of the equipment they had installed. With the evidence provided by Scott they had no option but to agree.

    Scott then worked me into his scheduled a few days later to install a much higher quality, properly-sized heat pump and furnace. He and his team did a phenomenal job - they were respectful, informative, took great precautions due to COVID, and did a top notch installation in record time. The price was reasonable, he promptly responded to every question I had (which was a lot) with great detail and patience, and they left the job site cleaner than they found it. What took the previous company 3 days while cutting every possible corner, Scott accomplished in 1 day while also replacing my hot water heater. I was later selected for an electrical inspection and the state inspector was notably impressed with the quality of work.

    I cannot recommend this company enough. I would hire them again for any future work and would recommend them to everyone I know.
