We just had All Weather Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration replace our aging gas furnace with a new furnace + heat pump. It's been a real pleasure working with Scott and his crew from the initial proposal to the final installation. The whole team was very responsive, knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and accommodating. They patiently explained everything and answered all my questions -- and believe me, I had a bunch of them initially ;-) -- to make sure I have the full understanding of all the available options, capabilities, equipment, rebates, etc. The installation crew finished on time as promised and did an awesome clean job. We are very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Scott and his team!

Cannot recommend this business enough. We had our furnace go out during the winter storm and they were so prompt in getting us back up and running. They are a very honest and upfront company who knows what they are doing. If there is anything they are unfamiliar with they will be honest about it rather than lie to you and pretend to know. And they will help get the information you need.
Context: We had difficulties with our furnace brand since all its parts are proprietary and were hard to get a hold of. They spent everyday trying to get ahold of the company to get us what we needed. On top of that they kept us updated regularly through email and phone.

We had a very positive experience with All Weather. From our initial request to their quality control post-installation inspection by Katherine, everyone we dealt with was professional and very thoughtful in addressing our questions and concerns.
They installed our new Carrier Heat Pump and Air Handler system in less than two days and did not disrupt our lives at all.
We’re enjoying a much quieter unit and we saved about $ 100.00 dollars in our PUD electrical bill after the first month with the new system.

Our furnace went out and we were freezing!! All Weather was able to squeeze us into their schedule the same day we called. The rep on the phone walked me through exactly what to expect - what would happen if they didn't have the parts needed to repair it in the same visit or if the furnace needed to be fully replaced. He gave us a window of arrival on the phone but we received an email when the technician was on his way, leaving us with no surprise arrivals. The technician was quick to troubleshoot and evaluate the problem. He also walked through points of concern and maintenance recommendations - all in language that I could understand as someone who knows a minimal amount of HVAC stuff. When he finished his repairs, he made time to address any questions I had. I never felt pressured up-sell tactics. I never felt like he was talking down to me in technical language. All in all, I truly felt like All Weather was taking great care of us as customers by making sure we were fully informed of our options and making recommendations that would save us money rather than spending money where we didn't need to. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

From start to finish, All Weather did an amazing job installing our new furnace. The team provided a no pressure, fair quote with a handful of options. They sent a great installation team that completed clean work on schedule. The unit has been running perfectly, especially throughout the December 2022 cold spell. I really appreciate Scott Leibowitz, his team, and everything they do for the community.

Our furnace quit working the week before Thanksgiving. All Weather came out to take a look at it the day before Thanksgiving. We got a written proposal 1 week later and they were able to come out and install it 2 weeks after that. There is no quick fix when your furnace needs replacing. All Weather did better than other estimates we had gotten in price and timeline. They were professional and were available or responded quickly to any questions.

We had All Weather replace our heating and air-conditioning in the late spring of 2022. We had a working system but very old. We contracted with All Weather in February 2022. They were very busy and told us they would like to cover the customers in need first, we agreed. They were still able to do the installation sooner than previously scheduled, before the hot weather started. They set us up with a very nice system that works wonderfully. Heating and air-conditioning are working way better than our older system.
The installers explained things well, were very nice, professional, and on time. The hard work was very much appreciated.
