Seattle Sewer, Plumbing & Heating saved the day from what could have been a huge disaster! I was in a pinch and they came out to do a service call and were very thorough and skilled. I would recommend them to anyone needing a great plumbing service!

Dave was SUPER! I had a bunch of DIY questions, and he was very helpful in educating me on options to improve my plumbing issues to avoid future interruptions of service. He was easy to talk with and very friendly.

Plumbers installed a sink, faucet and garbage disposal. They arrived early, worked swiftly and efficiently and when finished gave me suggestions about more durable products I could buy the next time. I was very grateful for all -- and then, I suddenly needed them again, asap, as I had raw sewage backing up in the toilet and bathtub of my downstairs bathroom. He came out immediately, diagnosed the situation and suggested a repair. He also offered to implement the repair a few days later at the beginning of the next week. His quote for the repair was beyond reasonable, very low. Proposal and they both said that it looked good and made sense and was a great price. Plus, I have collected many estimates for this job and diagnoses for this problem recently and proposal was in line with the view of other plumbers but he gave a more lucid explanation. Unfortunately I cannot report on the work he did because my upstairs neighbor called and threatened him, saying she would call the police if he went ahead with the job. She did not view it as an emergency and I did not want to endanger him in any way. He had already deposited a debris bin and cleared his schedule for the week to do my job, but he didn't charge me for his lost client time or retrieval of the bin. I hope to use him when I manage to get this job done as I have a retrieving the bin and his cancelled jobs on my behalf.

Anthony arrived within the time frame. The office staff kept me updated on their ETA. The price was quoted accurately, and he explained all my options. I had to decide whether I wanted a delay or a matching faucet. It was nice to feel in co trial of the situation. He was very professional and tolerated my dogs I’d definitely use them again.

I wish I can give them 10 stars! I wrote a great review about Tim before but once again, he is really great! He is professional, very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and cares about customers' concerns. He patiently answered all my questions and addressed the issues correspondingly. I entirely trust his work and so glad that the company was able to dispatch him again upon my request. Joe's 2sons plumbing and Tim are on top of it period!

We were very satisfied with the leak repair service that Tyler K. provided. He was very professional and did a great job in no time. He explained the work, made sure that everything works as expected and provided instructions on how to protect the pipes in the future. 2 Sons provided excellent service. Extremely quick and responsive on the phone. Reasonable prices charged on top of it too in an environment where plumbing services are being massively overcharged. Robert showed up right on time (on a Sunday morning!) and did a great job. Highly recommended.

I am so impressed and relieved that we were able to have a plumber out to our home in less than 15 minutes after calling for help! We attempted to unclog our kids toilet and were unsuccessful after about an hour! Michael was able to resolve the issue within minutes! I’m so incredibly relieved and grateful. I reached out to a number of local companies to get my gas furnace checked up for regular maintenance. 2sons responded within minutes with very competitive estimates. Setting up the appointment was a breeze, and appointment reminders were sent day before and the day of. I also got updates on technician’s name and the eta on the day of appointment. Very smooth and professionally run operation.
Josh was our technician. Apparently HVAC unit is a relatively new unit at 2sons (which explains lack of reviews about their HVAC service), but they have years of experience. Josh was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to interact with. In addition to doing the furnace maintenance, he also answered a lot of my new home owner questions, explained how this particular furnace works, and helped diagnose issues we were experiencing. Overall, I was very happy with the overall experience, and with Josh. I’ll definitely use their service again, and highly recommend them.
