Last month I had my sewer line repaired by Seattle Sewer Company and the experience was simply incredible. The process of trenchless repair was quick and efficient, and the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The entire process took about half a day and the results were amazing. My sewer line was running as good as new. There was no mess or disruption to my property, as promised. I also noticed a decreased sewer smell.

Being a first time customer, I had a great experience from start to finish. For an emergency clogged toilet issue, I called the plumbers from 2 sons and they sent Dave within an hour. And I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with his service. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about his craft. The company was great about keeping me updated on the arrival window. Technician Dave did a great job of explaining the options and estimate and was able to complete the work same day. My sink, faucet and plumbing are really old but he didn’t try to push unneeded stuff on me which I really appreciated. He also worked very carefully to remove the old faucet, which had rusted so much it was pretty much welded on there, without causing any damage. The new faucet looks terrific and works perfectly too. No more leaks and the garbage disposal works great too.

I just had Seattle Sewer Company install a new sump pump for my basement and I am very impressed. The workers were efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. The project began on time and was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. The work was clean and they paid attention to every detail. In addition, they gave me a quote up front with no hidden fees. Overall, I'm very pleased with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a sump pump installed.

We had David come out to quote and then install our new kitchen sink and faucet (and fix some old bad plumbing pipe mods). Terrific service and well priced. Even took care of disposing our old sink I had removed and resolved our tub spout pressure problem. Would definitely use again and reccomend.

Seattle Sewer did a great job with my toilet auger services. Trung and Steve were great and they cleaned up everything after the job was done.
