After unsuccessfully trying myself to unclog my sink/garbage disposal, I called a plumber who could only come the next day. When I asked if he would recommend another plumber who might be able to help me, he said to try 2 Sons The gave me a time slot of 2-5 the same day. When 4:00 neared, I got a phone call from them to reassure me the plumber would still come. As the time neared 5:00 I got a second call saying he was running late but would I still like him to come. I appreciated the updates & certainly was happy to get my kitchen sink back in working order that day. Alex was friendly and efficient even after a long day. He explained what he would be doing and how much it would cost before starting to work. Fortunately the problem was not difficult to solve, and the bonus was I got the senior discount! Thank you Alex and 2 Sons!

We utilize the Seattle Sewer whenever we have any issues with our grinder pumps. Each time they have come out, they have been able to identify the problem quickly and have it fixed right away. We highly recommend them for their prompt service and attention to detail.

The company overall was extremely communicative which was amazing given the amount of work they had on their books due to the extreme cold weather. We have some longer term work needed to prevent this from happening again and we will definitely be calling 2 Sons.

I really appreciated how fast 2 Sons Plumbing was able to send Angelo over to my house after I had a pipe freeze in my old tankless water heater. He thoroughly explained the issue so I could make a good decision and was able replace the appropriate equipment by the next day. Highly recommend!
