Willy (a Sal Heat & Cooling’s technician) came to our house for 60 minutes after I called. He was refined, meticulous and respectful. He took the time to teach my soulmate and I some tricks to keep everything functioning well, showed us the problem, and clarified precisely what he was fixing and how. Incredible customer service!!

This is a complete scam. Not a real company! Try to sign you up for a $150 all inclusive service for everything in your home. Too good to be true. Don't waste a call.

I contacted Sal Heat & Cooling and the technician was able to provide same-day service and fixed our problem on his first visit. He only charged his consultation fee and did not charge for fixing the issue on top of that. He was very professional, dressed in a uniform, wore a mask, kept his distance, and was careful not to touch unnecessary surfaces. The communication was excellent, with texts to schedule and confirm he was on his way. Excellent service!
