This was the first time I've used Cardinal Heating & Air, and I was very impressed with them. I contacted them after returning late to a cold house after a trip. I called them the next morning and they had a technician at my house in a little more than an hour. My house is warm again! I will definitely use them in the future.

From start to finish, the process went very smoothly. Tom at Sales was great, gave us a thorough in-home assessment. Marsha at the front office got everything organized. The (2) technicians finished the installation and testing in one afternoon. The mechanical and electrical inspections passed with flying colors.

The staff seemed to communicate really well. The technicians told me to contact Marsha to schedule the inspections. I didn't need to because Marsha contacted me the same afternoon.

The inspectors said that the installation was perfect. When I told them that Cardinal Heading did the work, neither inspectors was surprised.

Our company had an immediate need to have one of our air conditioning roof top units repaired. That unit was critical in keeping our computer server room cool. Our technician, Quincy, showed up early to our service call appointment window and quickly diagnosed the problem. Within a few hours, our AC unit was back up and running and our server room is nice a cool again. Thanks Quincy and the staff at Cardinal Heating & Air!

They bailed us out when everyone else told us to look elsewhere. Here's what I wrote to their office admin earlier tonight: "Kellsey, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart (and clean hair! and dishes!) for helping us out yesterday evening. Reuben was terrific, and had us up and running post haste. I'm glad I was right and it was a relatively simple fix, but even if he hadn't been able to get us heat and hot water, I very much appreciate your efforts to get someone out. Yesterday was a very tough day for us, and having someone go to bat for us was amazing. Please extend our thanks to your manager as well, and let them know that we are very grateful to you and to Reuben."

Edited more than a year later: I still cannot recommend Cardinal highly enough. We owe our comfort, safety, and peace of mind to their technicians and professionalism. They are the BEST. This time it was David who helped us out, and I can't say enough good things. He both took the time to explain and show everything to me, but also was so efficient at cleaning and replacing all the dirty/broken/old parts. I felt like he took his time where I asked him to but didn't waste a minute he didn't have to. Can't believe how quickly he diagnosed all the problems, got the parts, and got everything up and running again. A superstar!

It seems as though their 24/7 emergency service is more of a "when we are available" kind of service. Been trying to contact a technician to fix a leak in our hot water heater for hours with no response. Left a message on their system and have yet to have a technician call back.
