Cardinal was very professional and diligent in trying to address a rather complicated heating issue. Communication was great, including reminders as to upcoming service. A great company!

Terrible Service. Took months to complete a basic 4000 sq ft AC install, that didn't cool the entire space. After months of calling and calling and threatening legal action they finally came out and instilled a second unit that ended up breaking our water pump from over use as they did not install a larger pump for the second use. When I called in for service the first person hung up on me, had to call back, finally got the thing fixed and they charged us without verifying costs and was supposed to be under warranty. Have tried calling multiple times a week to resolve without a single call back. Steer clear.

Professional and punctual. However they have still not corrected a problem that they caused over 2 years ago.

After posting this review 3 months ago, the owner responded 2 months later to indicate that he would have his Service Manager reach out to me to resolve the issue. Now, 1 months later, I have still not received a call to resolve this issue.

After having issues with my heating unit I had called the company that had orginally installed it. They had come out in quickly and fixed the problem, however it was only a temporary fix because within 2 weeks the problem had caused the heater to go out again. Since I sunk a couple hundred bucks into the work with them I called them back and they got someone out on Saturday and told me to "tap the piece and it should get back to working!" What the heck? The heat was however working again but by that Tuesday I was having to go out and Tap it ALOT! I called them Wednesday and explained this won't work, and it the day before Thanksgiving. I need someone out here before we have our entire family over for Thanksgiving. The response I got is that they can't come out today so they will try and squeeze us in on Friday. I told him that is unacceptable and we will part wasy.

This is where Cardinal Heating comes in. I called them Wednesday (day before Thanksgiving) and I was informed that they were pretty busy, but they will do their best to help me out. She informed me that she just put all her trucks on the road to their jobs and once they get going she should be able to give me an idea of timing. She said she would call within the hour and 45 minutes later I received a call that they would have someone at my house BETWEEN 11-12pm!!!! How great of service is that!

When he arrived he was very professional and very knowledgable. The amount of troubleshooting that he did in the 1st 10 minutes was more than I had seen from the other company in both their visit! While it took him sometime to figure out what the problem was he didn't give up and he tried several things to determine what the problem was. Everything that he had done he was explaining it to me along the way on how the air would love, and how the temperatures vary in the vents.

Short Story, Long! This company is great and I blame myself for not calling them the 1st time. From the 1st call to the bill it was a pleasure to work with Cardinal Heating.

Super fast and professional business. They removed our 25 year old furnace and installed a new one in one day. The workers were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.
